Outdoor pool deck may be closed during part of April-May for resurfacing. There is public beach access two buildings north.

This is a private residence and not a hotel. Owner lives here 6 months of the year. There is no housekeeping service. Vacuum cleaner in unit. Starter supply of toilet paper/paper towel and laundry detergent provided.
