GUEST ACCESS

PARKING: Street parking only. Guests may not use shared driveway or back parking lot out of consideration of our neighbors.

BACKYARD: Please stay in the gravel area. Don’t worry if our chickens get out of their pen, they always find their way back.

STORAGE: Most of the house is available to guests minus the back porch storage closet, hallway storage closet, utility basement, and a few of the kitchen cabinets that are locked.

OTHER DETAILS

NO PETS: We love pets, but please help keep our home allergy free for our guests and cleaning crew. If you bring a pet, we will ask you to remove it immediately. Failure to do so may result in eviction. Please note that there will be an additional cleaning fee of $100 per night anytime a pet enters the property. No exceptions. Thank you for understanding.

NO SMOKING: Please exercise your freedom to smoke outside of the home and porch areas. Please note that there will be an additional cleaning fee of $50 per night anytime there is smoking on the property. No exceptions. Thank you for understanding.

MAINTENANCE: Our mowing, snow removal, chicken keeping, and maintenance crews may show up during your stay. They will not enter the home without proper communication, but they do have access to the front and back porch, and may be on the property in the front, sides, and back yard.
