This luxurious two-storey house, situated in the quiet area of Moodie Hill, River Club in Sandton is just 2 miles from Nelson Mandela Square. It features 5 uniquely decorated air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a full en-suite bathroom. It includes continuous power, air conditioning, back-up water supply and high-speed whole home mesh Wi-Fi.
Downstairs you’ll be met by a beautiful spacious open living space consisting of a lounge, dining area, bar, chef’s kitchen and a separate scullery.
The dining and living areas open up completely to a generous garden patio with a dining and seating area that includes an in-built gas grill, sparkling pool with small safety fence and hot tub, perfect for the indoor/outdoor lifestyle. The undercover patio is ideal for enjoying breakfasts, brunches, lunches or barbeques.
A robust 24-panel solar system with a 16KW inverter plus multiple batteries ensures continuous power supply, and the custom-designed kitchen includes both electric and gas cooktops and ovens guaranteeing uninterrupted cooking during load shedding.
High end water backup system to assure continuous supply during rare municipal water interruptions.
Independent air conditioning unit in each bedroom.
Guest access
The house will be exclusively yours during your stay and you will be handed access remotes and keys.
There is a lockbox at the entrance of the house to which you will be advised of the code when the booking has been secured.
A double garage for two vehicles and a parking area outside for an additional vehicle are available for guests’ exclusive use.
Other things to note
For stays longer than a week, a courtesy weekly or mid-stay cleaning is offered. We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request.
Linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided.
Basic cleaning equipment will be supplied during your stay, including washing powder and fabric softener for personal items.
The estate has 24/7 security and a perimeter electric fence, and the house has a security alarm.

Please note that we do not accept student bookings, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted, especially over weekends. If this is your intention, please consider booking elsewhere.
