Our two story oceanfront townhouse provides immediate access to Delaware's premiere family beach and private shore community. Walk directly out of our home onto the pristine, inviting beach! With only 36 homes, the beach always has room to spread out and relax. Swim, paddle board, ride your bike or sun bathe...memories from "Fundadore" will linger for a life time.

Our home in the Seastrand Community has central air, heat, ceiling fans, an outside shower, beach chairs, umbrellas, various beach toys, and two parking spaces. It sleeps six and has two full bathrooms as well as a half bathroom. The boardwalk leading to the charming town of Rehoboth is only a three block walk by street or beach. The community is private and does not allow beach access to the public.

Rehoboth is one of the most sought after beach communities to rent a home on the Delaware shore. Walking is a treat but the Jolly Trolly will take you and your family and friends into town to avoid peak parking times. The nearby Tanger outlets provide a wide variety a stores and deals. Fifers Farm market is also walking distance from our oceanfront home.

There is an old fashioned boardwalk in town with many restaurants and shops. Our children grew up going to "Funland" where they loved the games and rides - right on the beach. Weekend evening concerts in the Gazebo are best followed up by a big ice cream cone on the walk . Enjoy the relaxation of a stay at our oceanfront home!
