Private house located 100 meters from the beach

The accommodation is very well located; everything is within walking distance. Beach, restaurants, car rental, supermarket, local market, etc...

You enter directly into the house’s garage.

On the ground floor, there is the laundry area with a washing machine, as well as a bedroom with a bathroom right next to it.

On the first floor, there is another bedroom with a bathroom right next to it, equipped with a bathtub.

There is air conditioning in each bedroom. However, there is none in the living room—only a standing fan.

At the dining table, you sit on a bench, not on chairs.

There is a balcony overlooking the garden, equipped with 4 sun loungers.

The jacuzzi jets are not working, but you can still use it as a bathtub.

Here is what is included with the accommodation:
Toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel, instant coffee, sugar, salt, olive oil, and sunflower oil.

You have access to the entire property as well as the surrounding garden, and you will be the only ones staying in the house.
