We are sorry the home did not work well for your needs. Unfortunately, we never received a message from the guests during their stay so we were not given a chance to help them remedy any of the items mentioned. We also have a feeling many of the issues stated may be possible user error because we have not heard of these issues from any other guest before or after their stay.

Thank you for staying with us. The front door handle, not the door lock, was sticking but still operational during this guests stay. It was worked on and is working fine now.
