Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed and daybed with trundle in one guest bedroom, and two queen beds in the third bedroom, making it ideal for multi-family stays or groups who want room to spread out.

The newly insulated walk-out basement adds a true bonus living space, featuring a pool table and a table perfect for cards, games, or family competitions. It’s a favorite hangout for teens, game nights, or rainy days, giving everyone room to unwind without crowding. The basement also provides easy access to lake gear and outdoor essentials.

Outside, enjoy direct lake access from the private dock, which offers space to tie up a boat and includes two personal watercraft (PWC) lifts, making it especially convenient for guests bringing jet skis or Sea-Doos. *Please note that the owner's boat is in the slip at the dock, but there is ample room on the side of the dock to tie any sized boat, and bumpers are available in the basement. Spend the day swimming, paddling, or lounging right off the dock using the two stand-up paddle boards and floating Lily Pad provided. Life jackets in multiple sizes are available, and fishing poles and tackle are included for easy, spontaneous fishing.
