'Simply the Best'. This house is not a full time rental so, we keep it in immaculate condition by visiting every 12 weeks to maintain it.

Vaulted ceilings, designer furniture in a bright Florida theme. Immaculately kept, luxury linens, pillowtop mattresses, clubhouse with all amenities.

Master suite with walk out to pool and double twin bedroom on each side of main living area, a comfortable two family layout.
Pool has cover to keep warm on chilly nights, a must have in Orlando. Maintained weekly.

Outdoor dining for six. Loungers poolside. Pool has underwater lighting and new outdoor lighting for dreamy nights by the pool.

40 inch flat screen in living room with digital cable.Flat screen in master bedroom. Wireless internet. North America and European telephone.
Awesome games room with pool table, ping pong, foozball and air hockey.

Grounds immaculately kept with weekly lawn service. Fragrant blooming tropical plants surround the pool area.

Washer/Dryer, lots of pool towels!

Clubhouse just around the corner has pool, playground, tennis, basketball, fitness room, bbq, media room, computers and printers. DVD rentals, fishing rods (fish in the river)

Awesome games room with pool table, ping pong, foozball and air hockey. Playpen, high/booster seat.

Everything you need right outside the gate, most in walking distance for the kids.

Renee in The Clubhouse knows everything Orlando, a true native. She can tell you fun things to do that don't cost a lot of money, shopping, theme park deals.

Walmart less than a mile away sells everything from theme park tickets to wine - OPEN 24 HOURS.

Vacation with my grandson

The house was clean and beautiful exactly as pictured. Any questions I had I was able to communicate with the owner and she responded quickly. Beautiful neighborhood.

Christmas in orlando

From the very start Lynda had excellent communication and answered any questions we had. On arrival we had a lovely Christmas tree in the living room which we hadn’t asked for and was a wonderful surprise. The villa location is great for Disney and they are local shops and restaurants within a 1-5 minute drive. The pool was lovely and warm for the whole two weeks which was great after a long day in the parks. Will definitely be staying again.

We had a great time

Everything went smooth, house was clean and convenient to shopping and restaurants. My kids loved the game room. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We took possession of the house Mar. 1st to May 1st. Had the opportunity to meet the owners (twice). They are very pleasant and willing to help in any way they can to make your stay more enjoyable. Grocery stores (Publix and Walmart) and Restaurants are within a short distance. In short, everything one could possibly need was either provided or easily obtained. We plan on returning next year. Thanks Linda and Mark!

Pleasant Stay

We enjoyed our stay and the neighborhood was very nice and convenient to stores. The house is very roomy and tidy as described. The screened in backyard and pool are a definite perk. Most of our activities we were doing were a little farther away than I liked but if wanting Disney it is convenient. I would recommend this house to anyone that was looking to visit Orlando. I would only have one suggestion and that would be to lighten up on the trash restriction at the end of the stay especially near holiday stays because it stressed me out not to go over two bags.

Love the house

The home is as describe and even better. We enjoyed having the pool and all the kids pool toys you had available! the home is very clean and had everything needed.

Great stay in a lovely property

Clermont,FL, seven miles from magic kingdom

This house is absolutely immaculate, close to everything Orlando. Heated pool which the kids loved, kitchen very well equipped. Wal Mart and Publix within a mile for all your basic needs. Grill furnished. Game room if you have teenagers. It was nice to come back to a house every night instead of a hotel room to relax and all be together. I do not think we would have been as happy even if we had stayed on Disney property at a much higher rate. Very safe neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again.

Why was over so quickly!!!

Where do I start ? This was our 6th trip to Orlando, and we couldn't have asked for a better villa to stay in. The villa was immaculate and beautifully furnished and equipped. My 3 young children adored the large heated pool, as did my husband & I ! The owner Lynda was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish - nothing was too much trouble and she was always so quick to respond, even when vacationing herself! I can't recommend this villa enough, a real home from home in a superb location. We are saving for our next visit!

Excellent place to stay!!

There was only two of us, but we had an amazing time while we were in Orlando. The house is exactly as described if not better, and was very close to all major attractions. I would recommend this location to anyone and we will definitely be staying on this property again!

Lovely Villa in a great location

The villa was true to pictures and very clean and well maintained. The neighbourhood is nice and safe. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals. It was 20-25 minutes to Disney and 30 minutes to Universal which was great. Lots of restaurants around and a huge Walmart just up the road. We enjoyed the games room and the pool was great. Lynda was easily contactable and answered any questions I had. Would happily stay again :)

30th Anniversary - Disney vacation

Thank you so much for providing such a clean, comfortable, welcoming home for us to celebrate our 30th Anniversary! The home is in an excellent location, close to stores, restaurants and the various Disney destinations. The pool is the perfect size, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. For any future vacations to Orlando, we will certainly check the availability on this home first!

Home away from home!

I have just returned after 3 fantastic weeks in This fabulous villa. The villa was immaculate. All of the rooms are beautifully decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable. A huge TV in the living room with lots of channels. Free wifi and telephone calls. Lots of little extras that made it feel like a home away from home. Dealing with the owner was an absolute pleasure. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa for your trip to Orlando.

"Simply the best"

We have just spent a month at the house on Fresh Meadow Drive in Clermont, Florida. This house is lovely. My family and I have rented for nine years now and have had a few other homes to compare this to. By far the best, so many good things to say about the house and owners. The management company is very accommodating. The location is perfect. Grocery store, two drug stores right outside the gates. Walmart two lights south. Clermont ten minutes North. Many restaurants ten minutes away on 192. Disney, Downtown Disney, Universal, Seaworld is fifteen to twenty minutes away. The house has a great pool. My grandkids used it everyday. The beds are wonderful. I wanted to take my King bed home with me. Big screen TV for evening of relaxing. The neighbourhood is well looked after also. We really enjoyed the location of this house and the friendly owners. Thanks Lynda. Happy Customers Hub & Colleen

Hi, we visit the house quarterly from Canada to maintain it in top condition. The property manager is Mister Detail it is always perfect, and he always answers the phone! No dark wood here totally Florida decor cause we want you to feel on holiday!

The lush gardens and upscale neighbourhood make this specail. Our price includes pool heat where others charge up to $20/day. You need pool heat and a cover in Orlando except for July/August. Lots of houses look the same, but this house is spring fresh clean. Glenbrook is not on the tacky 192 strip but just a few miles away where all the new restaurants are. The clubhouse staff are sooo friendly! The area has 24 hr. video cameras so it is safe for kids yet close to the action.
