This place is amazing, so clean, everything we needed, perfect set up for our time there. Was just a few minute walk to the fish market. Will definitely be back. Was able to park 2 full size trucks in the garage. The view at sunset was unbelievable. Thank you!!

Best condo on the Malecon!

We love this condo and the fact that it is centrally located, has a large garage for our motorcycles and has a fully stocked kitchen. Its always immaculate when we check in and if we need anything we just email the managers.

Excellent View

Staying at El Puerto was awesome, it is in a great location with a awesome view of the sea and the Malecon. Everything was as advertised. The host was very communicative. It was as advertised. It is within two blocks of walking distance to the malecon district of shopping and great restaurants.

Weekend get away

Natalie was a very good host , communicated very well with us and the house was very nice and clean the view was cute right off the malecon I would definitely stay there again and recommend it very relaxing

Convenience and Clean

Overall a very nice place. Love the private garage! I do wished that the television was bigger and that there was not a requirement to clean dishes as a cleaning fee was part of the cost

Great place to stay within walking distance to the Malecon

The property is top notch. The Hosts make it very easy to use this property. They have covered most any needs you might have while staying there. Great Restaurants are very close and there is plenty to do close to the property. Nice views from the roof deck. The only drawback to our visit was the noise from the street below. I'm not sure if it was just spring break or if it is normal for the Off road vehicles that travel around town blaring there music at all hours of the night to drive by as much as they did the nights we were there or not. Woke me up several times a night even one time at 3:30 A.M. This is defiantly not something under the owners control but it was annoying. I would stay there again if I knew the noise wouldn't be an issue.

Great Hospitality

Great communication with the hosts. Quick responses and very friendly. Loved staying at this property. Made for a great weekend away with my husband. We will definitely be returning.

Nice but stairs.

Check-in was good parking garage is great Michele was really big truck too many stairs everything was clean spotless I love the reverse osmosis system love the walking distance to the ocean and restaurants and bars

Pleasant suprise

The unit was fantastic. We arrived and the AC was already keeping the unit cool. They had a water filtration setup! I brought water because, Mexico, but didn't need it. The auto locking doors were convenient and easy to use, as was everything in the house. This was one of the easiest trips I've had, with simple instructions and all the odds and ends you need to make your stay pleasant. Will definitely rent again

Come for the Beaches, Stay for the Tecnobandas

Great location and very fun property to stay in. About a half-hour walk to both local beaches, and plenty of places to grab a bite to eat on the way there or back. Best part is the proximity to the malecón (boardwalk) where every night on the weekends the local tecnobandas line up and perform from around 8pm until later into the evening. Lots of the community comes out, there are snack and souvenir vendors, adorable little kids running around making you laugh, and it’s really great to be in the middle of.

Husbands Birthday Fishing Trip

My husband and I arrived at the property and had no problem getting in. Natalie provided excellent instructions prior to arrival so I knew exactly what to do. We liked that the condo had a private garage. Inside the condo had everything we needed. The kitchen and bathrooms were stock with ALL of the necessities. Natalie & Earl thought of everything. We also liked that the property was within walking distance of a some great eating places as well as shops. If should decide to stay at Natalie & Earl's condo make sure and check out Moo's if you like a good steak and stone crab. We also had a great time at Tekila Bar. The live band, food and atmosphere were great. Thank you Natalie and Earl, your service was great!!!!!!!

Just Fabulous!

This was an awesome location! Private, & quiet yet walking distance to local restaurants! Numerous beaches are within a few minutes drive. Puerto Peñasco is a charming hidden gem!

Close to sea wall.

Nice place. Clean. Owner needs to supply with some essentials like a broom and more towels (for longer stays). Bed and couch are very uncomfortable. After night two we both had terrible back pain. Ended our vacation early because of the uncomfortable bed. The rental is close to everything. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. No beach within walking distance. Garage was great due to lack of street parking. Nice view from roof top sun deck.

Great Location

Natalie and Earl were very nice and helpful. We loved the location since it was close enough to walk everywhere around the Malecon, yet far enough so that the nighttime noise and drums weren't too and you could get relaxed nights sleep. Great view from the rooftop lounge area. It was great having a garage, it felt super safe there. We loves the proper and would definitely come back.

A gem in the old port neighborhood

One of the nicest vacation rentals my wife and I have ever stayed in. It's located at the edge of the old port neighborhood, with a real ocean view from the terrace and rooftop and just a few minutes to the malecón. Beautifully designed, quiet, and cool. Comfy bed. Well-stocked kitchen. Everything worked well. The hosts were gracious and accommodating of some extra needs we had. Can't wait to go back!

A great place to stay, right near the marketplace

Great property and so thankful for the quick responses from the owners. The house is split in two, the west side is a one bedroom with a living room and kitchen. The first floor is the front door and the garage, the second floor is the bedroom, and the third floor is the living room kitchen. There is also a patio on the roof, but I am afraid of heights (yikes! haha). Its a very clean house and has a lot of great extras like the coffee machine with coffee and creamer, and even the towels for the shower were nice to have there as well. My wife really enjoyed the roof, especially with sunset. The neighborhood is "up and coming", which means there is a open lot across the street. I really liked that the Malecon was just two blocks away so we had dinner there our first, was very nice! We both had a great time and this is a fantastic property!

Exactly as advertised!! Clean, new and comfortable.

This was a great location. Near the Malecon, we could walk to everything....shops, bars and restaurants. Highly recommend!

5* Property

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property, everything was as represented on VRBO and the location was a block from the Malecon. I prefer to be within walking distance to restaurants, bars, etc. only had to get in the car once to pick up some groceries. The unit was clean and comfortable and Natalie and Earle were great hosts & very helpful. Having your own personal garage was one of the big factors in my choice to rent this property. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal. Next time I visit this area, I will definitely repeat staying here again.
