Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in a gated community just minutes from Arizona State University. Condo features fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with 50 inch flat screen TV, satellite TV and wi-fi. Two large bedrooms with walk in closets and washer/dryer. There is a second floor balcony to enjoy the beautiful Arizona Sun. Community includes assigned parking, outdoor grills, community room, fitness room, heated outdoor pool and spa. Located just one block from the 101 which makes it easy to get to all of the Phoenix Metro area sites which include Phoenix Zoo, Mill Ave, Sun Devil Stadium, Tempe Market Place, The Desert Botanical Gardens, Papago Park and Frank Lloyd Wrights Taliesin West just to name a few. Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is just 15 minutes away as are the shops in down town Scottsdale.

Winter Stay Jan 2023

Condo was located in convenient area, close to shops and spring training games. The only negative would be that the it list a heated pool, and that is not true. We rent from January- March and that is one of the amenities that we look for and we were disappointed to find out after we arrived that the pool wasn’t heated.

Some issues

Overall good stay however some upgrades and replacements needed. Cookware is shot as well as outdoor furniture. Can hardly get around dining room table and chairs are breaking down. Also sheets aren't adequate for the depth of mattresses.

Great location, well appointed condo

I spent 5 weeks in this unit. Communication with the host was timely and accurate. The check-in process was seamless. Overall, the condo was well suited for my needs. The location is fantastic. Easy access to Tempe and the 101. Not far from US60 and the 202. The kitchen is well appointed with appliance, utensils, and pots/pans. The cons (most of which are not in the host's direct control): - only 1 of the remotes have working batteries. - parking is an issue: There isn't enough of it. There is 1 assigned parking spot. On a number of occasions I returned to the condo at night to find someone park in spot assigned to this unit. All of the visitor parking near the unit was always full. This resulted me in having to park several buildings away. As all of the visitor parking near the unit was full, it was inconvenient when I had family visit me. - There was a very loud diesel pickup that parked in the area beneath the primary bedroom windows. Many mornings that truck was being revved at 5:30 in the morning. Not the way I wanted to wake up. - Garbage - the garbage dumpster is near the condo. Frequently people would put bagged trash on the ground in front of the dumpster and not in the dumpster. This trash would sit there for days until someone moved the trash to the dumpster. Is there not routine maintenance/cleaning of the common property? What kind of people just put their trash on the ground and not in the dumpster? Overall the unit met all my needs, the cons listed above were minor inconveniences. Other than the loud pickup truck mentioned above, it is a quiet neighborhood. I will consider this property again the next time I have an extended stay in the area.

Nice Condo

Enjoyed our stay. Condo was nicely furnished. Had all the necessities. Needed a better cleaning. When we arrived My husband & I cleaned the kitchen counter tops, sink, bathroom counters and bedroom dressers. Kitchen baking trays were very worn and dirty. Needs replacing. Enjoyed being close to shopping and visiting my daughter.

Property was as pictured. Location is central to all just 1/4 mile from 101 for quick highway access. Property needed another once over cleaning when we arrived - owner was sympathetic and refunded cleaning fee. Good communication throughout stay.

March stay

loved that the pool and hot tub were available. Clean, nice apartment, cable television was available as well as utensils and plate ware in the kitchen. There is such a cute little deck area where we could eat and enjoy the weather in the morning

Very Nice and Convenient Tempe Condo

This condo is well appointed and comfortable. Fitness room is small but adequate for most workouts. Pool and hot tub clean with plenty of chairs. Condo has internet and satellite TV with recording available. Also very convenient for going almost anywhere in the Phoenix area with easy access to Loop 101 (within a couple of blocks).

Great stay in the condo

Beautiful condo - everything we needed was there. Great location. The hot tub was nice, the pool was a little too cold to swim. Although it is off of a busy street, it was very quiet in the complex. We would love to stay there again sometime. We could get into the fitness area but could not get into the clubhouse area. Not that we needed to, we were just looking around. Really nice neighbors as well.

Great condo. Great location!

It was great! 2 couples, each with our own bathroom.

The bed was so comfortable. Condiments and staples in fridge and pantry. Convenient location. Covered parking spot. Huge closets. Washer and dryer in unit. Definitely would consider coming here again. FYI The standard TV channels start in the 300s. Watch getting off and on the 101; it is built for cars to cut each other off with all the lane changes.

Fantastic stay!!

Stayed eight days with my wife and another couple in March 2016. Condo exceeded our expectations. Centrally located near spring training sites (Sloan Park, Tempe Diablo, Ho Ho Kam, Scottsdale Stadium, Fields at Salt River Flats, all within 15-20 minutes). Easy access to ASU campus. Near light rail service to downtown. 2 or 3 casinos a short drive away. Everything was very nice, and the fact that both bedrooms were essentially suites, with separate baths, was a very nice feature. Kitchen was well appointed (even has a Keurig). DirectV. Washer and Dryer in unit also very handy. Once you learn when to go on the freeway and when not to (you'll see what I mean if you get caught in rush hour traffic), you can't ask for a much better location. Weather was ideal, but early March the pool was a bit cool for us (nice though). Hot tub was great. About the only negative I can find is that while we were there, we could not get the WI-fi to work. Not that big of a deal, but if you were more reliant on it than we were I could see where that could pose a bigger problem. We were also hooked up with some other people who rented a condo nearer to Scottsdale. They crowed about their condo, until they came over and saw this one. Looks like we may have to fight them off the next time we come back. I would not hesitate to stay here again, or recommend this place to friends. Thanks so much Lorie for a wonderful week in the "Valley of the Sun"!

Tempe Condo, Home away from Home

Great location, close to all amenities in Phonex especially the Ball Parks for the Spring Baseball in March. Condo is in a Gated area and although a large Compex, very quiet and you feel very safe and like you are at home. Have to drive to places to walk but Tempe Lake is an excellent area to walk in and not that far to drive. If going to Phonix for a stay, consider this condo.

Perfect condo in great location

I loved this place - one of the best I have stayed in so far in Tempe. Everything worked fine, the condo is very clean, comfortable, and quiet. I spent all the time here working on my research, partly with my family, partly alone, and felt very safe and simply at home. Parking and guest parking is very convenient, and the condo is ideally located. It has a cosy patio, too. I can only recommend this place.

Really nice condo in the Tempe Area

I stayed and worked from this condo for over 6 weeks and really enjoyed the convenience and location of this condo. I enjoy cooking and the kitchen was well equipped and had most of the spices I needed. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The owner was great to work with and communicated well. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who needs a place to stay for a few days or even a few months.

Perfect location

We found this home to be in the perfect location for activities in Tempe/Scottsdale/Phoenix, and a day trip to Sedona. The condo is clean and comfortable, and stocked with everything you need to feel at home. The complex is quiet and pool/gym are very convenient. The owners were great to work with. Thank You!

Amazing property with awesome owners

I stayed here for almost 2 months for work. the property was fresh, clean, and well maintained. the wifi password that was provided in the move in booklet let me connect to the broadband internet connection, perfect for checking emails. the community is close to the freeway and the airport for easy access and travel. definitely will be staying here again!

Stayed in Tempe Condo to help son relocate to college

Great Condo! I felt safe staying there alone, my husband could only stay four days, I stayed two weeks. Close to shopping, good restaurants and main highways. Also, easy access to Scottsdale, Mesa and Chandler. Condo interior very clean. However, outdoor porch could have used some attention. Couch big and comfy but very sad. Two cushions in need of repair because of large rips. Property is difficult to find after dark, entrance is shared with nearby college. Communication with owners could have been better. I had to contact them several times, wish they would have given more detailed information...like on location, directions on how to use TV's and the remote for gates and exercise room. I would definitely recommend this property. I would also consider staying here again.
