New heated pool & Hot TUB! Pool Paradise is your next stop for fun with everyone. Sleeping 11 this amazing condo offers 1400 square feet with 2 king beds, 2 sofa beds, and 3 bunk beds. With the soaring high ceilings and modern stair case you will say WOW! The patio takes you straight to the main pool which has just had a complete makeover with tanning shelves and even an island with a palm tree in the middle!
Upon entering you will be in the first bedroom which has a luxurious king bed and 3 bunk beds. The next steps down the hall is the large bathroom with an updated combined tub & shower. After the bathroom is the laundry room and kitchen. The kitchen is a cooks dream with full size stainless appliances and all the cookware, dishes, stemware and utensils provided. There is a nice dining table with chairs for 6. The soaring ceiling in the den also features bright windows above the patio door and window. Up the modern stair case to the loft which is open to below. Here you will find a den/gameroom with a TV, foosball and air hocky games! There is a sleeper sofa there. Next to the den/gameroom is the second bedroom featuring another king bed. This bedroom is open to the game room and the hall below.
Linens and towels are provided.
You will have 100% access to the entire beach condo with private entrance.
This condo is located next to EVERYTHING fun in Galveston. Just step across Seawall Blvd for access to the wonderful beach. Moody Gardens is just behind us within a short drive. Within walking distance is Jimmys on the Pier for dining (upstairs...over the ocean) or fishing. You can also walk to the Go Cart tracks and the movie theater and Miniature Golf. There is a handy guide in the condo with all of our favorite restaurants and things to do.
BRINGING YOUR DOG: We welcome dogs so if you would like to bring your pet with you, please send a request with the type and weight and we will send you the approval. Please add PET to your reservation. Our non-refundable pet fee is $150 plus tax for two dogs up to 50 pounds each. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund.
Galveston Trolley is available at $1 per ride accessible at 81st St.
Uber & Lyft are available also.
Parking on the Seawall is available for a fee.
Fee: $1 / hour, not to exceed $8 / day, yearly passes available*
Operation: 10 AM – 6 PM, 7 days a week, 365 days per year
At the complex, there is ample non-reserved covered and uncovered parking. You can pay the front office upon arrival or the next morning if arriving after hours. A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices beginning June 1, 2021 are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.
Winter Texans! We offer long term winter rates for Fall and Winter every year. Simply add a 30 day or more stay and the discount is automatically added to your quote.

We have been hosting fabulous vacations in Galveston for over 10 years! We have owned beach vacation rental properties for many years and enjoy interacting with our happy guests!

The Maravilla is across the street from the beach and has one of the largest pools on Galveston Island! There are 3 pools, one heated a hot tub and exercise room with ocean view! We are very dog friendly with a dog park and shower. This condo offers direct pool access as well.
O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
Direct pool access! The Maravilla is located at the west end of the historical Seawall and is a bit more quiet than some of the hotels and condos with small kitchenettes located around 61st street. We are just a bit away from all the hustle and bustle of the island yet minutes from all the fun. Enjoy a nice walk down the Seawall and enjoy all our island has to offer. This condo gives you a chance to bring the larger family down for an economical week or weekend of fun versus hotels that do not have the added advantage of cooking in a full kitchen. We welcome pets so if you would like to bring your pet with you, please send a request with the type and weight and we will send you the approval and a separate payment request for the $150 non-refundable pet fee.
