Thank you so much for the kind words about the house, and I'm sorry the grounds weren't at their best for you. Your arrival landed the day after a severe storm tore through the area and brought down trees across the county. We had crews scheduled as fast as anyone could get them. I'm sorry you caught us mid-cleanup, that's not the setting we work hard to give people. The one thing I truly regret is that you didn't message me. The lawn is on a weekly professional service, and the crew came out during your stay, but had you sent me a note, I would have had someone there within the hour. I'm always reachable, and I'd have made it right immediately rather than have you sit with it. I also understand the total felt steep. I'd only share, gently, that the checkout figure includes platform fees and state and county occupancy taxes that I don't set and never see. the nightly rate itself is well under that. I'm glad you enjoyed the house, and I'd genuinely love the chance to host you again on a calmer weather week.
