Ellis Square Place offers elegant loft-style accommodation at the very heart of historic downtown Savannah. Steps away from Ellis Square and City Market and minutes from the restaurants and nightlife of River Street. Turn right from your front door and you walk right into the boutiques of Broughton Street. Turn left and you are in the thick of the nightlife of Congress Street.

Inside the well-appointed apartment building equipped with an elevator, sunlight streams through tall windows, into a high-ceilinged 100-year-old warehouse space. Historic hardwood floors and exposed original brick walls recall Savannah’s trading past. A beautiful fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a dining area, living and entertaining space. This flows into the bedroom area and bathroom.

Exquisitely furnished, City Market Central is the perfect spot for up to 4 people to enjoy one of America’s most fun-living cities.
Entertain in style from the fully stocked kitchen and bar cart or kick back and enjoy the 50" LED TV with internet access for Netflix (bring your own code), YouTube, etc., and local channels.

The apartment offers a romantic king-sized bed, and a custom-made leather, queen sleeper sofa. The en-suite bathroom features a Jacuzzi tub. Pamper yourself with high thread count organic cotton sheets and quilts and quality Turkish towels. Ample walk-in closets will take care of your party wardrobe. High-speed Wi-Fi for business and everything else. Washer/dryer for laundry. White noise machine to temper the noise of late-night revelers. Park at Whitaker Street Garage, a 3-minute walk from your front door. (Parking not included.)

**Please Note: You will hear street noise, which may be loud--especially on weekends. We provide two white noise machines and ear plugs.**

Perfect Stay in Savannah

This is one of my favorite VRBO rentals ever! So clean and comfortable (bed was amazing) and the location couldn't have been better. Very close to lots of restaurants and the riverfront. If ever in Savannah I will definitely stay here again.

Savannah Getaway

This was out first trip to Savannah and I cannot image a better locations. It was close to everything, the perfect amount of space for my husband and I and had everything we needed!

Great location!

Location is central to most everything. It can be a little loud early in the morning with delivery trucks but we are early risers so not a big deal.

Couples retreat

The apartment is perfect for a couple looking to get away for a few days. The location can't be better! It was withing walking distance of every attraction we wanted to see. The apartment itself was clean and extremely comfortable. Look forward to staying there again.

My wife and I have visited Savannah 1-2 time a year for the past 20 years. We have stayed in a variety of hotels, B&B’s, Vrbo’s, etc. over they years. This is a great location if you want to shop and dine close to Broughton Street. One consideration is Ellis Square. Friday and Saturday nights near the square are noisy.

Perfect Location

Ellis square place was perfect! If you have been thinking about visiting Savannah, this place is just right. Location was great for the City Market and the River. The place was clean and had everything it listed. Close to shopping of all kinds, tours, food and music. Janet was helpful with suggestions in area and answered all our questions. If we are in the area we will definitely stay again.

We had an amazing time for spring break! Excellent location, clean, great communication, only complaint would be the door downstairs at the peach cobbler store is extremely loud with customers going in and out. Would definitely stay again ❤️

Cute Downtown Flat

Adorable flat had everything needed for our stay. Walking distance to downtown, shops, food, parking garage. Host was very welcoming with lots of suggestions. Very nice stay and will recommend and reconsider our next stay.

Great location.

Great location to everything you want to do and see in Savannah. But it was way too loud for me. It was like the people outside were drunk idiots in your room. Very loud cars were roaring up and down the streets.

Great location, nice flat.

We really enjoyed this flat. The location is so easy to walk. You can park in a garage, not use your car. It's close to all the restaurants, museums, trolley tours, shopping, theatres, etc. Inside the flat has nice appliances, neatly organized

Beautiful spot in historic Savannah

Great location within walking distance to most everything. Used the free shuttle bus for anything further away. I thought I was going to need Uber but only used Uber to and from the airport. We couldn’t be happier about our stay in Savannah and will definitely come back to see how it is in the cooler weather.

perfect location

This flat was beautiful, perfect location, and close to all the fun. So comfortable bed. The street below can be a bit noisy at night (the owner has provided earplugs). The flat is right over The Peach Cobbler Factory (smells great when you leave the flat). Nice shops and great bars around. Goose Feathers Cafe & Bakery is next door - good breakfast and coffee. Janet was a fantastic host.

Great, clean, property!

The listing is very accurate, pictures are exactly as it appears. It has everything you need! Great location, within walking distance to everything! The only complaint was the noise at night. It was very loud on this street. But the room itself and location was perfect.

Long Weekend Getaway

This was a weekend away with plans to enjoy the Savannah nightlife.....this locatuon was perfect for that! Very comfortable and clean. Other reviews had commented on the street noise but we used the white noise machine and had no problems. We heard from others that the boat horns on the river were more disturbing.

Gorgeous Place, Perfect Location!!

This was our first stay in Savannah. This Condo was beautiful! Beautiful decor and very well stocked! The bed was SO comfortable. We enjoyed the jetted tub and great location. Just a short walk to the Savannah Civic Center. The Whitaker parking garage was nice and close and we were across the street from the Gap! Cute shops and great bars! Janet was a fantastic host!! Location, location, location

Great location but noisy nights. Beautiful renovations but stopped short. Need to replace old windows with double pane insulated windows to muffle noise. Currently sounds as if people are standing next to bed. Sound machine helps but adds to noise level.

Amazing property

We had an awesome stay. The property is exactly as described. I will say it was very loud with lots of noise. We didn't mind the people laughing and talking but there were cars roaring their engines and spinning their tires at 3:00 am. That was unpleasant even with the sound machine. Would still recommend the home.

Stylish and comfortable

Loved the decor of this apartment. Good size family room/kitchen area. Super comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. In a very lively area. Quite a bit of noise at night. However, the owner provides earplugs and a noise machine which would solve the problem for most people. The location was very close to dining, shopping, and the riverfront. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Place in a Perfect Location

Our son lives in Savannah, so we come quite often and this has been our favorite place to stay. So clean and comfortable (bed was amazing) and the location couldn't have been better. Very close to lots of restaurants and the riverfront. Next time we visit our son, we will definitely stay here again. As mentioned in some other reviews, the street below can be a bit loud. However, the owner has provided a sound machine and earplugs if noise is a problem for you. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Savannah.
