Ammatour mini villas are located on a beautiful lake Kivijarvi, near Taavetti village, 30 km from Lappeenranta.
Panoramic windows with stunning views of the water, cozy atmosphere and all facilities for comfortable rest allow to relax in nature in an atmosphere of calm and enjoyment.
It offers a spacious sauna overlooking the lake, modern appliances, comfortable beds, satellite TV in all languages ​​and free wi-fi.
You can have forest walks, plenty of berries and mushrooms, good fishing and sandy beach.

Several families can simultaneously book up to three houses and get a joint vacation.

There are ski tracks and snowmobile trails near villas. Within an hour's drive are two water parks, golf, horse riding.

Modern lakefront villa

This is an upscale, modern villa within steps of the lake. It features floor to ceiling panoramic windows, a well equipped kitchen, tiled bath with sauna, and a comfortable, high ceiling, dining and living area. The comfy bed is upstairs in a loft. The only downsides are steep stairs to a loft that is only about 5 feet in height. The patio has sturdy and comfortable outdoor furniture and a grill. Management is attentive and the property is kept pristinely clean. Had a delightful walk in the Parsaniemi natural area just a kilometer away. Blueberries and mushrooms galore.

Villa

This is a lovely home in a stunning location, with sweeping views of a very nice lake. The villa is very well designed and was very clean. The sauna is large and very nicel--since it is connected to the bathroom, its residual heat makes the room nice and warm. The supplies are all first rate--lots of Ikea, although not overy generous. The pictures are very accurate. We had trouble communicating with the hosts before our arrival, but i believe that was a glitch in the VRBO website, not their problem. There are no instructional or introductory materials for the villa and area, so we had problem with some of the simple systems, but the hosts responded quickly and solved the systems issues. It would probably help to have them meet you upon arrival--they offered this, but we declined. We used the row boat, which was quite adequate for rowing and fishing in the area, but not designed for long distant rowing. The fishing (pike) was very good. The nearby town of Taavetti has a very nice grocery, a couple of local restaurants (Bistro Ostolo was our favorite). There is also a bank and 24 hour ATM. Note you should NOT drive down to the front of the villa, because there is no place to turn around and the road is narrow. Rather, park in the parking lot and walk down--just a minute or so.

Da kann man problemlos nochmals hin

Pauschal kann man anmerken, dass 1. das Landschaftliche und auch der See absolut OK war 2. das betreuende Team immer sehr gut ansprechbar war und gut reagiert hat. 3. Es war bezüglich des "Alleinseins" perfekt, eben "Finnisch".

Wir können für dieses Objekt eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung geben! Sehr nette Gastgeber, schönes Haus, tolle Lage direkt am See, entspannte Anreise mit der Fähre. Wie man sich einen Familienurlaub wünscht. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei Jemma, der Hausdame, die immer freundlich und immer ansprechbar war, toll!

Genauso traumhaft wie auf den Fotos

Ein tolles Haus! Durch die Panoramafenster hat man den ganzen Tag den Blick auf den See, traumhaft! Eine herrliche Umgebung. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit war 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Jemma war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Entspannung in traumhafter Lage

Ein außergewöhnliches Sommerhaus mit Panoramafenstern mit Blick auf den See Kivijärvi mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen, (selbst von der Sauna aus). Hochwertige Ausstattung (Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, etc.). Fernseher mit Satellitenempfang. Sehr große Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen, sowie einem Grill. Kontaktperson (Jemma) vor Ort war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Hat auf Anfragen immer sofort reagiert. Einziger negativer Punkt war der fehlende Stauraum (Schrank) im Haus, gerade für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

Ausgezeichneter Urlaub in einem tollen Haus

Die Mini-Villa macht dank Jemma einen außerordentlich gepflegten und modernen Eindruck. Klimaanlage und Sauna wurden uns gut erklärt. 2 Tage vor Urlaubsende gab das Kochfeld seine Tätigkeit auf; Jemma holte sofort einen Elektriker und sorgte für Ersatz mit einer Kochplatte.

Restful, peaceful gettaway

The property is as beautiful as on the listing. Super clean, excellent beds, stunning views. Each villa has its own sauna and is seconds from the lake. It is a wonderful place to chill out. The sunsets were at times stunning. We were greeted by Jema who is extremely kind and helpful. I would recommend eye masks for sleeping because there are no blinds on the top windows. We enjoyed using the BBQ as well as the fully fitted kitchen. There is a good supermarket in Taavetti, just 8 mins drive away. Driving up to Kotka to visit the Tsar’s fishing lodge is worth it. It’s just under 1 hour drive. I definitely recommend this place for a simple, quiet and relaxing holiday.

super hütte mit super ausblick direkt am see

es war alles top. hütte sauber und neuwerig ruhige lage direkt am see mit eigener sauna und abkühlung nur 20m entfernt ;-) die betreuung spricht gut englisch und war sofort zur stelle bei fragen. im haus wären mehr verstauungsplätze für die sachen gut. gern wieder!

Gemütlich

Sehr schönes kleines Häusschen am See. Es war sauber und angenehm warm, obwohl es draußen geschneit hatte. Der nächste größere Ort ist gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Zum Wandern braucht man nur vor die Tür. Die Hauskeeperin kommt aus Russland. Ihr Englisch war ausreichend um das Häuschen zu zeigen und die im Haus verbaute Sauna zu erklären.

Super Aufenthalt

Das Ferienhaus ließ keine wünsche offen Es liegt 10 Meter vom glasklaren Saimaasee weg den wir ausgiebig nutzten ( angeln , baden und saunieren) Aber das beste ist das Panoramafenster im Schlafzimmer wo wir jeder Abend den Sonnenuntergang genießen konnten Uns war es sogar vergönnt Flughörnchen Nachts zu beobachten Das Haus liegt auch sehr Verkehrsgünstig da man in einer halben Stunde in Lappeenrata ist Was zum essen gehen ein muss ist Wir fanden es super und würden immer wieder buchen

Perfect fully equipped house with an awesome view

This little apt. is perfectly located next to the lake you see on the pictures. I must say it even looks better in real life than on the pictures. It is just beautiful (we were lucky and it was sunny everyday ;) ). The bed is huge and comfy and the sauna is perfect to relax for some time with the same view as waking up (it's under the "bedroom"). The host(s) were welcoming us very friendly and my gf even got flowers for international women's day. Lovely. Would definitely come again. Although we loved the snowy environment next time will be in summer just to see how it looks without all the white powder.

Luxury accommodation in beautiful lakeside setting.

The cabins are just as you see on the web site. New this year they have been well thought through and provide almost everything you could want at such a location. There is accommodation for 4, so for us as a couple there was more than ample room to relax. We chose to use the upstairs bed. The ceiling is low here but its worth putting up with a bit of discomfort getting in and out of bed because the view is stunning. It is like having a full wall picture in front of you that is living. We spent a lot of time out on the deck which was remarkably bug free and there is a walk to the headland to the East which is very pleasant. The sauna was great and the toilet and shower area clean with ample towels provided. Coloured sets mean no confusion as to whose is whose! We made use of the washing machine which was useful on our 2 week Scandinavian trip. Cooking facilities come in the shape of a 2-ring hob, microwave and barbecue. A conventional or combi oven/grill would be an improvement and allow you to cook a greater range of things.but we were able to knock up some great meals with what we had. The shops in Taavetti are less than 10 minutes drive away but be warned the Alko closes at 16:00 on a Saturday ! The selection of shops at Lappeenranta is much greater. If coming from the Kouvola direction you really need to use a sat nav to find the place. Signage from the Lappeenranta direction is much better. We went on trips to Lappeenranta which we found very pleasant and did a cruis on the Saimma canal. We also visited the historic paper mill at Verla and the Tsar's fishing lodge at Kotka. The Salpa line is only about 15 minutes away at Jurvala and there are interesting walks from the car park on route 6 which is clearly signposted. It wasn't in our guide book and so was an added bonus. Some little things to be aware of is that the blinds were a bit temperamental and needed gentle handling; the glazed partition of the bed area lets light through and passers by to see in. We covered it with the bed spread at night; the TV stations have been selected for Russian visitors a few local stations which often have English programmes with Finnish sub-titles would give a wider selection. However, with good weather we were outside most of the time and it didn't really matter. We hope you enjoy a stay here as much as we did.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit Sauna direkt am See. Very nice cottage close to the lake.

Sehr sauber verarbeitetes Ferienhaus mit eingerichteter Küche und Sauna. Die Lage am See ist traumhaft bei Sonnenuntergang. Weil die Seite zum See voll verglast ist, hat man vom Esstisch, vom Sofa, vom Bett und aus der Sauna immer vollen Blick auf den See. Very accurate constructed cottage wirh fully equipped kitchen and sauna. The place is beautiful with a direct view to the lake. As the side directed to the lake has fully windows, you have always a great view, regardless you are sitting at the dining table or in the sauna or laying in the bed. Perfect cottage!
