Perfectly located just 9 minutes from San Diego State University, 15 minutes from downtown San Diego and Balboa Park, and only 18 minutes from Coronado and Ocean Beach, this getaway offers both comfort and convenience.

Situated on a secure, gated property, the camper includes private parking and all the essentials for a memorable stay. Whether you're a solo traveler, a couple, or a small family (up to 2 adults and 2 small children), this charming space provides a fun, relaxed atmosphere with all the comforts of home.

Relax outside in two inviting seating areas—one shaded under a tree, and the other next to a BBQ charcoal grill and propane fire pit, perfect for evening gatherings. Surrounded by greenery and a small vegetable garden, the space feels serene and inviting.

Laundry Access

A shared laundry room is available on the right side of the property.
Guest access is available between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM — please coordinate with us in advance.

Important Notes
- No pets allowed to maintain an allergy-friendly environment
- No parties permitted; guests are welcome but please keep noise down after 10:00 PM
- Not a corporate rental — this is our personal property, and we love sharing it with thoughtful, respectful guests

To help conserve energy, please keep the AC/heater set between 72–76°F on auto, and turn it off anytime you leave the camper. Fans or windows are also welcome when the weather is pleasant.
