Relaxing 1 BD with Balcony in Mezza II Residences, Quezon City, PH

My place is close to universities, restaurants, coffee shops like Starbucks and groceries and malls like SM Hypermarket and SM Centerpoint. BPO companies are also nearby. Public transport like LRT 2, and jeepneys going to G. Araneta, Espana, and Quezon Ave. are accessible. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the views, the location, especially at the balcony, the ambiance, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

It is a one bedroom unit that is very accessible to public transport, malls, BPO companies, and universities.

Guests can access sky lounge free of charge. Pool is only free of charge for the first 5 guests and will be charged after. There is a paid parking space in front of the building that charges around Php 200 per night.

Parking fee is not included in the charge with airbnb.
