Living Area: Warm harmony envelopes our open-plan living area, featuring plush seating, a flat-screen TV for your entertainment, and a soul-stirring fireplace to keep you snug after a thrilling day on the slopes.

Kitchen and Dining: Our fully equipped modern kitchen is a gourmet's delight, boasting all the necessary appliances – including a shiny new air fryer. Enjoy family meals or fun game nights comfortably seated around the dining table with space for six.

Bathrooms: Of the two full bathrooms, each is generously stocked with essential toiletries and plush towels for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Guests will be granted exclusive access to all amenities in the cosy Casa Monte Vista. Entertainment options, including TV and Wi-Fi, a fully-equipped kitchen, a soothing hot tub for starlit relaxation, and the entire property itself are all for your private enjoyment. Parking is available for 2 vehicles under the carport and an additional one in the driveway. Our Smart Lock ensures seamless self-check-in at all times.

Pet Policy Information:
This home is pet friendly! We love furry family members! If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please be aware of the following policy and rules: There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed per reservation and there is a $100 non-refundable fee that will be applied to the reservation. All pets must be declared on/with the reservation at the time of booking, or, at the latest, prior to check in. Pet fee must also be paid in full prior to check in. If a pet is brought into the home and has not been previously declared, a fine, in addition to the $100 pet fee, may be assessed and charged to the guest. At the time of departure, owner and/or management will perform a routine departure inspection.

If damages are found and determined/assumed to be caused by a pet in the home, such damages will be documented and submitted as a claim to the hosting company (i.e. Airbnb, Vrbo, Taos Love LLC, etc.). Such a claim and monies requested may be used to recuperate charges for, but not limited to, excess cleaning time, supplies and repairs needed, replacement items, etc. The owner and/or management company will determine if the $150 pet fee paid by guest will or will not cover any or all of needed monies for aforementioned issues. Guest will be notified if damages are found and if a claim will be filed.

Cameras on Property: There is a ring doorbell near the front door on the covered parking area post pointing towards the parking area and driveway entrance.
