Early Feb Discount!! Ski On/Off 3 bdrm at Winterplace - Ideal for Families

We had a sudden cancellation, so are offering the 1st weekend in February at a special discount!

Exit our condo, step into your skis at our patio and hit the slopes in 1 minute!

We are at the top of Open Slope, a green trail to the Base Lodge from the A&B Quad chairlifts and the Sunburst 6 high speed Bubble chairlift to the top on the main mountain above the Clock Tower base area. Regardless of Mother Nature, Okemo's excellent snowmakers have the trails in front of our unit well-covered and groomed at all times. At the end of an exciting day, ski directly in from Lower Arrow, or pop off the B Quad chairlift from the Base and glide to our door in < 1 minute!

No need to carry skis or go to the Base Lodge if you buy your lift tickets online ahead. Check current online pass rules, but most days you can simply ski to ticket booth next to the Sunburst Six high-speed 6-person chairlift.

If the weather turns, or you forgot something, you can easily stop back at the condo and try again in an hour. Be sure to visit the Okemo website before leaving to check out which lifts are running and which trails are open.

At the end of the ski day, head to the Winterplace recreation building for a swim in the heated pool or dip in the hot tubs. In 2 or 3 minutes, you can walk along the path in front of the condo buildings, or simply follow the road right. A great way to enjoy the VT sky at night!

In town, there are great restaurant options for all, whether you're looking for a burger or pizza, tacos, bangers & mash or fine dining. Browse Main Street boutiques for books, clothes, home goods or souvenirs or visit one of several great ski & snowboard shops for gear and gorgeous winter wear.

Sleeps 8-10: Master Bedroom - King, 2nd bdrm - Queen, 3rd bdrm - 2 sets twin bunks, + pullout couch in LR.

Great place at the top of the lift at Okemo

Perfect location at the top of Quad A and B - allowing easy ski-in/out access on a very cold long weekend! The home was comfortable, clean, and cozy.

Pam took the time to provide us with some great recommendations for our first trip to Okemo. The location can't be beat. She also generously was able to get us a late check-out which was very helpful with the young children in our group.

Fantastic location

Couldn’t ask for a better location- we could see the snowcats grooming the trails almost every evening between dinner and bedtime. Ground floor unit - it was so easy to walk out, snap into skis and off we went! Apt was cozy and comfortable- I loved the powerful new stove and dishwasher. We were amused to see VHS video tapes and other items of nostalgia from the 80s. This is a well-loved home.

Best Location

Perfect location directly at the top of the A/B lifts. Not more than 50 feet from putting your skis on and skiing. Hosts were very responsive and great to work with.

Ski in ski out can't be beat. Perfect location at top of B lift - can ski down straight to bubble. Owners were responsive to requests and provided a late checkout which is so helpful

Great location! Perfect ski in ski off.

This was our 2nd time staying here and the place is great. The owner was very responsive to questions. Location is absolutely perfect with direct access to top of A/B quad. Would highly recommend.

Great Condo!!

Great condo as it has one of the best locations on Okemos. We had a great stay. I would highly recommend this property for multiple reasons. PK the owner was super nice.

Amazing location. The property owner was extremely helpful and always available.

The unit was perfect for two families. You can't find a better location. Truly ski on ski off with direct access to both beginner trails and the bubble lift. Winterplace is extremely convenient. The owner was incredibly helpful and always available if we had any questions. Would highly recommend staying at this property.

Location, Location, Location

This condo is truly on the mountain. There are 2 lifts right outside your door. We were able to walk out the back door and ski down the mountain. No need for a car. Very convenient. We were 4 adults, 3 children. The common area was a bit tight, but the bedrooms were a decent size and having 2 bathrooms was great. Everything was very clean and there was plenty of everything, towels, cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils, dishes, etc. Really a perfect location. Owner was attentive, kept in touch asking if we had any questions. The condo office was also very easy to deal with. All around a great stay!

It was like coming home to your own cozy place with the view of the mountain , the skiers , right next to a lift ! The owner Pam was wonderful and sent so many helpful details but kept the whole experience so easy ! We will definitely be back !

Excellent location!

The listing description of the unit was right on-- everything was as advertised. The location is perfect, just steps from the ski area (which is a major convenience). You can actually see the ski lift at the top of the bunny hill from the living room and master bedroom windows; you can literally walk out the back door of the condo and hit the slopes. Also, the unit was very clean and included amenities that made our group feel right at home. There are plenty of kitchen utensils and the kitchen was even stocked with items such as coffee, tea, cooking oil, etc.. Wood and fire starter sticks were provided for the fireplace and, if needed, there is plenty of extra firewood outside within about 10 yards of the condo. I had a great time! The owner was very responsive whenever I had a question about anything-- it was a pleasure interacting with PK! I would (and have) recommend this property to my friends. I definitely plan on visiting again next winter.

Location

The picture is as advertised, this was my 5th straight year at Okemo staying on the mountain and this was the best location. My previous years were spent at Solitude and one at Kettle Brook, but nothing beats this location on Winterplace. It is so simple to take Quad Chairlift up and ski about 20 yards to your den door. To be fair, Solitude is more updated than both Kettle Brook or Winterplace, but the access with this condo was fantastic. When I return to Okemo, this place will be my first choice, it can use some updates inside, but it was very clean and everything worked fine. We had 4 adults and 4 children and the place felt comfortable enough for all of us, back home for lunch then back out after, it really is a great location. Of course at the end of the day a quick stop at the loft for Robin's famous Baby-G shot, ask for it, lol. Thanks PK for a great stay.

Winterplace at Okemo

We had a very nice fall stay at this two bedroom condo. It had everything we needed and it was very comfortable We were two couples who just wanted to relax and enjoy the beautiful foliage in Vermont. The photos that was on the site accurately described the condo. It was clean and well maintained. There was a little issue with the knob for the oven being gone, but i didn't want to cook anyway. The owner was very helpful with any questions that we had. I would recommend this property to friends.

Great proximity to skiing

If you're looking for a solid home-base for a ski weekend, this is a great place. Although it sleeps 8 comfortably, the common area is on the small side. As we spent very little time in the unit, this was not a problem for us. The owner was very helpful and responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Great location and family friendly place- Can't wait to go back!!

Fantastic location as the slopes were about 15 feet from the condo. Kids loved playing in all the snow and using the sleds in the front and back of the condo. There was ample room for two families with small kids and kids loved hanging in the bunk room. There was plenty of fire wood and space for everyone to eat and hang. Kids enjoyed the pool and the older ones liked the hot tub, although it was a chilly walk in a wet suit :)! The owners were a pleasure to work with and answered any questions we had. Kids are already planning a return trip as the location can't be beat and loved being able to go back in and warm up whenever we needed to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE!!

Perfect ski on/ski off location!

We stayed over President's weekend. We were thrilled with the location. Steps outside the backdoor to the condo. is a lift from the base of the mountain. When skiing Okemo, just take the Mountain Road trail back to the condo, making a sharp left before heading back down to the lifts again. Pam was a pleasure to book through and was readily available with answers to our questions. We utilized the condo. for breakfast and lunch, but did eat out at The Loft Tavern and The Killarney for dinner. Both had good eats. We also used the hot tub at the pool house, which was great after skiing. Beds were comfortable. A great stay. Highly recommended!

One of the best weekends ever

One of the best features of the condo is its location--ski in and ski out--and beautiful mountain views. We found the condo to be like a second home--extremely comfortable, clean and well maintained, and roomy with a cosy wood-burning fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen. We highly recommend this condo especially for families with young children and/or teenagers.

Great condo for a family who wants to ski on/off!

My family of five rented this unit over the New Year's Weekend and had a great time. Access to the skiing was exceptional since the unit is directly at the top of the lift, with beginner trails to take you to the base. Perfect for families with skiers of all levels. The place was very clean and well-kept. Owners were great to deal with and very helpful with any questions we had or suggestions for things to do in the area. Beds were comfortable. Unlimited wood available for the fireplace and plenty of games available in the unit for some "quality time". Washer/Dryer was a huge plus...pack less and run some laundry through the wash at night. Would definitely recommend to others! It was very nice to have tea bags, sweeteners, spices, etc available to us in the kitchen too.

Hi! We are again renting our beloved Okemo mountain condominium for part of the 2025-26 ski season.
Vacation time is precious, and being able to focus your time on the slopes, or relaxing with friends and family rather than driving or getting ski gear organized, makes for a perfect winter vacation.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

1. Ski on/off access is REAL. If the mountain is open, you can ski straight from our patio at all times.
2. Winterplace. The property was designed with comfort in mind. We include access to the recreation center with it's large indoor swimming pool and 2 hot tubs.
3. Ground floor location. Step into your skis outside the patio door and go. Send the kids out to play & watch them through the wide living room window.
4. Flexibility: Great for meeting family & friends throughout the day, eating lunch at home and/or dropping off tired kids/adults.
5. Fun for skiers and non-skiers alike: Non-skiers can walk a few steps from our patio and watch their favorite skiers and boarders take off, whizz by or even mess around on Okemo's famous half-pipe, just a few feet to the right of our unit. The half-pipe has bleachers, but no fire pit or warming hut, so dress well!
6. Waffles! If you don't mind a little hike, non-skiers can take a 5 minute walk below our unit to the Waffle House. The 10 minute walk back is a perfect way to burn off those delicious sugar or chocolate waffles!

In addition to the fantastic access to the slopes, we love being able to open the patio door & let the kids play outside.

Indoors, privacy is afforded between the 3rd bedroom and front rooms by a double set of doors, allowing some guests a quiet space to nap, or separation from kids who enjoy being loud!

Winterplace is a great location for beginners & expert skiers alike. Located at the top of the Main A&B Quad chairlifts above the Clock Tower base, beginners ski gently to the Base & ride back up to the condo door. Advanced skiers can ski down to several chairlifts, including the Sunburst Six bubble chair (a high-speed, covered 6-person chairlift direct to the top of the mountain).

The Winterplace recreation center has a large, heated indoor pool and 2 hot tubs available to our renters.

Last but not least, firewood is provided on property for the wood-burning fireplace.
