Fully Equipped: Kitchenette on lower level with refrigerator, microwave, and sink. Gas/charcoal combo grill for outdoor cooking.
Entertainment & Relaxation: Hot tub, wood fireplace, downstairs game room with pool table, board games, and firepit for roasting marshmallows.

This property was exactly as advertised. It was great for our family. Everyone had their own space with plenty of gathering places for us all to be. We would book this property again next time we visit.

Overall, our stay was great. We felt the house could use a deep clean. It wasn’t dirty or cluttered, but cobwebs on the lights, floors needed swept better, and the downstairs patio needed a spring cleaning. Beds throughout the house were very comfortable.

We loved our stay, it was so hard to leave. This house gave us the ability to spend time together without feeling cramped, but had enough space that we could be in our own areas if we wanted. The lake was down, but still had so much fun fishing off the bank! Also, found local spots around the lake where we could fish.The house was beautiful and truly felt like home. We will absolutely be returning!

Thank you for choosing Lakeside Paradise for your vacation! We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay. Douglas Lake is a reservoir, so water levels are lower in the winter to allow for mountain runoff. Since the property is on the main channel, there is always plenty of water, but the dock typically doesn’t float until around mid-May. Water levels can vary, as they are controlled by the reservoir system

The cabin was nice and cozy and clean, the cabin has a beautiful view of the lake with unfortunately the lake was low at this time, the stove and microwave was the only thing I can say needs some maintenance attention , the start button in the oven was very hard to get it to start, the heat use button to he microwave was hard to get the door to open. Other than that the time spent here was very relaxing and much needed.

Great cabin with a beautiful view.

This cabin was very nice & had a beautiful view. The main level was awesome & included a wonderful deck area with rocking chairs & a swing. The basement area needed some TLC, but overall our stay was great!

This house is our home away from home

We absolutely love staying at this lake house. Plenty of room for everyone and Has everything you need It is just a short drive to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We have stayed there for many years and hope to be back each year Great house, great location and a beautiful view of the lake.

Host had great communication and was very responsive. The house was nice and had a beautiful deck and view of the lake. We would love to come back when the lake is higher and the dock is floating but we still had fun fishing and the dogs loved jumping in the lake!

Spring vacation 2025

We loved this location, the parking and entrance was easy for my mom since she has some mobility issues. The cabin has plenty of room and we plan to go back with more of our family.

The view was beautiful! The porches were great and we spent a lot of time on the dock. There were a few deferred maintenance items that need to be addressed, and the cleaning could be improved. Overall, we had a great time and the property manager was very responsive and helpful! We would stay again, the lake was wonderful.

The cabin was beautiful and the view was absolutely stunning. We took our Kayak’s and did some fishing. The sitting was perfect for a large family. A perfect vacation getaway. 20 minutes to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge.

Our stay was awesome very relaxing and quite. The cabin was cleaned and had everything we needed specially washer and dryer loved it! Amazing views and close to everything.
