Important: This is NOT a party house. The property is located in a peaceful neighborhood, and we take noise complaints very seriously. Noise carries easily here, and we ask all guests to strictly adhere to quiet hours and be mindful of our neighbors at all times. Absolutely no parties or large gatherings are allowed on the premises

This newly remodeled gem in the heart of Sonoma wine country offers everything you need for an unforgettable getaway. The backyard is a true oasis, featuring a brand-new pool and hot tub (pool heat available at an additional nightly cost), a private yoga studio, lounging areas, a gas fire pit, a bocce ball court, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen.

Inside, enjoy wide-plank hardwood floors, a cozy family room with a fireplace and large sofa, a dining room, and a bright, airy kitchen with Viking stainless steel appliances, a wine fridge, and a bar area. The 4 bedrooms (1 king and 3 queens) are outfitted with luxurious linens and down comforters for ultimate comfort. Upstairs, you’ll find a primary en-suite bath and a guest bath with a shower/tub combo.

Original art adorns the home, and the garage has been transformed into a game room complete with a pool table, foosball, and ping pong table. Located just 2 blocks from active vineyards and close to renowned restaurants like El Molino Central and local wine tasting rooms, this home is the perfect base for your Sonoma adventure.

Wonderful stay

Our family had a wonderful stay.The house was very comfortable and well equipped.we particularly enjoyed the garden,outdoor kitchen and pool as we had perfect weather during our stay. Location was good within a short drive to Sonoma. Communication with property management was prompt and friendly.

Resort like house in Sonoma

Beautiful house and property. Resort like feel with outdoor area. Loved using the pool, hot tub, fire pit. House was spacious, high end finishes and very comfortable. Location to downtown Sonoma and wineries was close and easy. We used Uber/Lyft everywhere.I wish we could have stayed longer.

House was nice. Pool, hot tub weren’t clean. Dusty rooms. Air conditioner didn’t work well. Rooms were good sizes. Had to be quiet after ten. House was on a residential street. Wine frig didn’t work.

Sonoma Getaway

Beautiful spacious home close to Sonoma square and some great wineries. The home was very well appointed and we enjoyed the beautiful backyard with the pool and hot tub. We also had a fun game night playing pool and foosball in the garage. The property managers were very helpful when we called with a couple of questions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property.

Great time with family and friends

I enjoyed a very happy 75th birthday with family and friends. The house was so welcoming. There was always something to do. My favorite thing was the gorgeous weather and the perfect pool. Management was very friendly and accommodating (thanks Chelsea!) can’t wait to return

Family Vacation

This was a wonderful property for a family. Beautiful home with large bedrooms in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was a big hit and the house was spotless. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Getaway for the Whole Family

This was the ideal place to bring our kids (and two sets of parents and a grandparent). Enough space for everyone—game room added variety. Nice quiet neighborhood. There was a piano there, and we all had fun playing songs together. Lovely space. Kind neighbors. We will be back.

A Slice of Heaven

We were in town for my daughter’s wedding. Thought we would tour the area, which we did but because of the heat the pool and backyard oasis was where we spent most of our time. This is the perfect location for any age group. Very close to downtown Sonoma. Just wish that there had been a few baby items such as a pack and play and booster seat as it was cheaper to purchase than rent.

Lots of family fun

We had so much fun at this house! The game room has ping pong, pool, foosball, and board games, and the door (garage door) can open wide to let in air and sun. The pool area in the backyard is beautiful and it is fun to switch from spa (hot) to pool (cold). The pool was VERY cold, but I guess it's March and maybe it's warmer in the summer. We ate our meals outside in the sunny garden, where there are lawn chairs, a big dining table, and a gas grill. The inside of the house is clean and colorful, with comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and plenty of couches and chairs for lounging. This house is a winner! It's about 15 minutes drive to Sonoma stores and restaurants, so it's not for you if you want to walk to restaurants. But if you want a fun home base where everyone has lots of room to relax and play, this is it.

Awesome Sonoma getaway!

I had the pleasure of spending time at this property for a getaway with girlfriends. The property was perfect for our purposes. It is roomy and loaded with the top of the line appliances. It also had a wonderful game room, and separate yoga room. The property was roomy enough that we all had our privacy when we needed it but had great common areas and activities to bring us together. Beautiful backyard with a pool and hot tub under a grape arbor. Perfect Sonoma Valley get away. We hope to return here again.

This place is loaded!

We loved staying here! This place has everything: comfortable beds, full chef kitchen, patio, pool, hot tub, and BBQ. And it is ideally located near all that Sonoma has to offer: wineries, restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again. Loved the decor!

Lovely and comfortable home

Our family loved this house! The location is great and is very close to downtown Sonoma, shops and wineries. The house is tastefully decorated with beautiful art, and had everything we needed -- comfortable beds, fun game room (pool table and foozball), large screen tv, fully furnished kitchen (we cooked our meals and the kitchen had everything I needed), and a wonderful backyard with a pool and hot tub. Highly recommended!

Fabulous Vacation Home

Two families with teens and tween children recently shared this fabulous Sonoma retreat. The vacation home is very spacious, incredibly well-appointed, and frankly, luxurious. We are used too staying in 4 and 5 star hotels and this home was just as lovely. No detail has been overlooked. The indoor spaces are roomy and the furnishings provided plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen has everything we needed and more! The outdoor area was simply wonderful. The pool and spa were great for kids and adults, and eating al fresco was perfect. We took daily walks by vineyards only a few blocks away and our teenage kids were able to walk to nearby stores to get drinks and ice-cream. Simply a fabulous vacation home - we will definitely be back!!

Perfect get-away house

This place was awesome. Everything was perfectly thought out, from the linens to the dishes to the excess amount of wine glasses (very important!). Fluffy towels. Clean and super spacious house. Everything worked great. The best part...it has THE MOST comfortable beds you will ever sleep in. I will definitely be coming back here for another family get away!!

The perfect home away from home!!

We just spent the past weekend here and had such a great time that I had to write a review. This house is not only clean and beautifully decorated but they didn't skip a beat in making sure everything you could ever need was there! The kids had a blast playing ping pong and pool as the adults played card games at night by the fireplace while lounging on what had to be the most comfortable sofa ever!! These owners thougth of everything!! They even had a yoga studio! This house is located only about 3 miles from the square which made for a nice Saturday morning bike ride:) We are definately coming back!! Btw, it might be a 4 bedroom but the sofas are huge and both pull out into beds and the over sized bean bags were so comfortable that I fell asleep on one friday night! I would say it could comfortably sleep 12.

The perfect spot for a relaxing and romantic getaway

My new husband and I stayed at the Sonoma retreat for our honeymoon - it was amazing! The house was not only beautiful, but had everything we needed from cooking and bathroom essentials to a fantastic outdoor space. When we arrived, the house was clean and had a wonderful guide set up that included valuable suggestions for things to do in and around the Sonoma area. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, but is just minutes away from the downtown area, groceries, and several vineyards. It was a completely stress-free experience.

If you want to use the hot tub after dark, don't book the Sonoma Retreat!

Initially, we were pleased with the cleanliness of the home, especially compared to the homes our friends/family rented during their stay in Sonoma for a wedding. Outside, the pool was full of leaves and was not appealing to swim in. Later, we learned the caretaker comes on Thursday and it was Wednesday afternoon. As we started to cook dinner, we noted many of the light bulbs were burned out in the kitchen and it was hard to see. We searched throughout the home for replacements but did not find any. In addition, there were no paper towels and there was very little dish soap left to clean up after our meal. The next day, we purchased these items ourselves. Another disappointment was the lack of mirrors. The mirrors were located only in the bathrooms which limited the ability of 8 ladies to get ready. In addition, the electrical outlets in the bathrooms did not work, so we dried and styled our hair in the bedrooms, without mirrors. Again, we found multiple light bulbs burned out throughout the bathrooms & bedrooms. After booking, I learned the check-out time was 10am which was earlier than we would have liked. I inquired with the property manager weeks before our arrival if we could get a late check-out and they informed me that the owners were coming that afternoon and were inflexible. At 9:30 on Sunday morning the cleaning crew arrived and insisted they enter. I was further disappointed when I received only a 95% of our security deposit back citing “cleaning overages.” In my opinion, there is a certain amount of clean-up that should be expected in a house that sleeps 10. We went out of our way to take out the garbage, roll the bins to the curb, start a load of sheets in the laundry, and let the cleaning crew enter 30 minutes before our check-out time. It’s frustrating to have excessive cleaning charges when we purchased light bulbs, paper towels, dish soap and our own mirrors to use in the house. Lastly, the neighbors complained to the police and to the property manager about noise on a Thursday evening when there were 6 of us in the hot tub at midnight having a conversation over the jets. I would not recommend this property for anyone who wants to use the hot tub after dark as the neighbors seem sensitive to having a rental property in their neighborhood. For this reason I would not elect to stay again, even if they cleaned the pool, replaced the burned out bulbs, added mirrors in the bedrooms and provided ample dish soap.

This Sonoma Retreat was a real Sonoma Treat!

This was a fabulous find on our part, and a property we hope to return to again and again. The home, which is decorated so tastefully that it feels like your home away from home, is located very conveniently just outside of the lovely town of Sonoma. The neighborhood is quaint, with a lovely vineyard just down the block. Attention to detail carries throughout the house. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with many supplies that are frequently missing in rentals; not only did it have high quality pots, pans, utensils, plates and silverware, but also included a "gold" filter for the coffee pot, oils & vinegar, salt & pepper and other spices. In the sleeping quarters the linens were as lovely as advertised, and even included great side-sleeping pillows. The living spaces were equally as livable, and included beanbags for easy "floor" sitting and games for kids of all ages. The backyard feels like a scene out of a movie - with a pool, hot tub, high end furniture, and a trellis/pergola complete with both red and white table grapes! The property was impeccably clean, without any visible wear-and-tear. We arrived late on a Sunday afternoon, and were thrilled to be able to quickly refresh in the fabulous pool and hot tub, then take the short drive into the town of Sonoma for dinner. En route home we picked up wine and breakfast and snacking supplies at the great market suggested by the owners. We ate breakfast outside at the patio table. Each afternoon following our outings throughout the wine country (which were all easy given this great central location), we were able to enjoy the oasis of a backyard with a swim, a glass of wine and some cheese (and grapes, of course!) before heading into town for dinner. Later each evening, we sat on the uber-comfy outdoor furniture and talked and laughed into the night. The one evening it got a little chilly, we "retreated" to the lovely living room. We even were able to enjoy a little fun with ping-pong and at the pool table. While we didn't use much of the technology, it's all there and high-quality. Cell phone reception is good, and WIFI was fast. We highly recommend this property, and we cannot wait to return - it really was a treat!

Wonderful Stay!

I booked this house for the 4th of July weekend 2013 to celebrate my best friend's upcoming wedding. The property was well kept, clean, and perfect for a girls getaway. We enjoyed the ease of the rental, the property manager was very easy to work with, including an easy check-in/out, and I received my deposit refunded within 10 days of our stay. The pool was cleaned of leaves during our stay, furniture stylish and tasteful, and the kitchen appliances and utensils were new and top notch (quite useful, since we did a lot of cooking!). The house is located in a little neighborhood about a 5-minutes drive from the heart of Sonoma, close to grocery stores, coffee shops, and wineries. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend this house to a large group, as it was spacious, comfortable, but cozy at the same time.

Beautiful, relaxing, wonderfully decorated home!

My husband and I and our three kids were fortunate to stay at this lovely home for a weekend with another family. The house is open and casual with all the amenities you could ask for (pool table, ping pong table, pool, hot tub, great bathrooms, cozy beds, beautifully decorated). And I loved that everyone had their own private space. We loved the backyard- the kids loved the pool and we enjoyed sipping our chilled wine from the hottub. I enjoyed a great walk around neighborhood and found that the houses just up the street back up into a gorgeous vineyard. If you are looking to accomodate a large group in a lovely setting with something for the adults, and the kids, this is it! Great location to all the wineries we wanted to check out as well! We definitely hope to visit again soon.
