Guest Information & Policies
📅 Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM (Late check-out past 11:15 AM will incur an additional night’s charge unless pre-approved.)

🔑 Door Code Access – Your personal door code will be sent on the morning of your arrival.

🏌️ Resident IDs – Available for $50 per couple (paid to The Villages) and grants access to executive golf courses, pools, and recreation centers. Must be requested at least three days before arrival.

🚗 Golf Cart Rentals – Message us for recommended golf cart rental providers.

🐾 Pet-Friendly – Small to medium dogs are welcome with prior approval. A $150 deep cleaning fee applies for select breeds. Guests must clean up after their pets.

🚭 No Smoking – Strictly prohibited on the property; a $500 fee will apply for violations.

🔥 Grill Use – Guests are responsible for purchasing propane and cleaning the grill after use.

🧻 Starter Supplies – The home includes essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, etc.) for a three-night stay. Guests staying longer will need to restock as needed.

🛠️ Maintenance & Repairs – If anything needs attention during your stay, please notify us promptly—we strive to provide a 5-star experience.

Dogs Friendly (less than 30pds), non-shedding, limit to one at a time. If there is excessive amount of hair, an additional fee of $200 will be taken from the Security Deposit to cover for a deep cleaning.
