THE SPACE

This apartment requires an exterior staircase for entry.

Please note that the 2nd floor is also a vacation rental, and other guests may be present during your stay, and you may hear occasional footsteps from the upstairs unit. To ensure a peaceful experience for everyone, we kindly ask that everyone keep noise to a minimum, especially during early mornings and late evenings.


WHAT YOU'LL FIND INSIDE:
Sleeping: Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The living room has a full futon.
Entertainment: Smart TVs for your streaming services (no cable).
Comfort: Window AC unit in the bedroom (available May 1 - Oct 31).

*OUR HOUSE IS PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED EVERY EACH STAY.
Beds will always be made with fresh linens after each guest leave and inspected before the new guest check in.

I'm severely allergic to pet fur/dander, and even traces can trigger reactions. So our home is completely pet-free, making it an ideal choice for guests with allergies to animal fur. We maintain a clean environment to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.

****NOTE FOR FAMILIES WITH YOUNG CHILDREN!!
Our home is family-friendly but does not come equipped with baby or toddler gear. To ensure your little ones' comfort and safety, guests will need to provide all necessary equipment. This includes, but is not limited to: a travel crib, high chair, safety gates, baby monitor, bath supplies, and even child-sized utensils, plates, and cups. We recommend bringing any favorite items and child-proofing essentials you rely on at home.

To make your extended stay as comfortable and effortless as possible, we include scheduled cleaning refreshes. Think of it as a mini-reset, so you can spend less time on chores and more time enjoying your trip.

Here’s how it works for your stay:

~For Stays of 14-19 Nights:
✔ One Complimentary Mid-Stay Refresh
We’ll take care of vacuuming and mopping around the middle of your reservation to keep your space feeling fresh and clean (e.g., Day 7 for a 14-night stay).
We'll coordinate a time that's convenient for you.

~For Stays of 20+ Nights:
✔ Complimentary Weekly Cleaning (Every ~10 Days)
We’ll take care of vacuuming and mopping to keep your space feeling fresh and clean, every 10 days during your stay.
✔ Complimentary Full Linen Refresh (Every ~14 Days)
On top of the cleaning, every 14 days, we’ll provide a full reset with fresh sheets, blankets, and pillowcases.

How Scheduling Works:
We will contact you a day or two before your scheduled refresh to arrange a specific 2-3 hour window that works best for you. Our cleaner will focus on the floors, bathrooms, kitchen surfaces, and trash, always respecting your privacy and belongings.

WANT AN EXTRA REFRESH? (OPTIONAL UPGRADES)
✔Whole Unit Cleaning $150
✔Full Bedding Refresh: $100 - Full reset with fresh sheets, blankets, and pillowcases.
Simply message us at least 24 hours in advance to schedule an additional refresh.

--Guests will have access to the entire apartment unit via keyless entry.

***UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Guests who bring unauthorized guests or pets onto the property, even for one night, will be reported to VRBO. Additional fees will be included in the reservation, which then will be canceled completely, without any right to a refund. The fee charged for extra guests not only cover extra costs for maintenance, clean, and utilities but also ensure that my property remains adequately protected under my insurance policy.

HOUSE RULES:
• Please respect check in and check out times.
• DUE TO VRBO LIABILITY, GUESTS NOT LISTED ON THE RESERVATION ARE NOT PERMITTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMTANCES. THE OCCUPANCY LIMIT IS THE SAME NUMBER OF GUEST AS YOUR RESERVATION.
• Guest are not residence but interum stays for visiters, contract workers, or students. Therefore no mail can be received at unit and no furniture can be brought to the unit.
• NO PARTIES, EVENTS OR LOUD NOISE.
• QUITE HOURS FROM 10 PM TO 7 AM.
• NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE HOUSE (NO CIGARETTES, NO WEED, NO DRUGS, NO VAPING, NO HOOKAH). Smoking is prohibited inside. If evidence is found, a $300+ deep cleaning fee will be charged.
• NO PETS/ANIMAL OF ANY KIND ARE PERMITTED. I'm severely allergic to pet fur/dander, and even traces can trigger reactions. This is a PETS/ANIMAL FREE HOME, unauthorized pets will result in an additional $300+ deep cleaning fee and immediate cancellation of stay.
• NO OPEN FLAMES OR CANDLES.
• DO NOT TAMPERING OR DISABLING ANY OF OUR “SMART DEVICES”.
• CHECK OUT POLICY. Late check out without approval may result in a $50/hour fee.

***FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE HOUSE RULES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF YOUR RESERVATION WITHOUT REFUND!***

--We provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Starter supplies are NOT unlimited supplies but there are multiple grocery stores nearby.

--We ask that you leave the house tidy and in good order. Additional cleaning fee may be applied if deep cleaning is required.
