This is a great house for an active family summer vacation in Flagstaff. Cul-de-sac, low-traffic back street, single-family neighborhood, lots of wildlife (deer and foxes for sure, sometimes Elk), morning and evening walks on the golf course path, close to Foxglenn Park, basketball, trampoline, and "ninja course" on the property, showpiece golf course view upper deck for summer grilling and outdoor meals, weather-proof lower deck for the kids to play outside when it's raining, loaner bikes, sports, and kayak gear available upon request, patio heaters, gas firepit, porch swing, a separate downstairs living room with TV books and toys for the kids, and (optionally) access to the private CCC clubhouses, pools, pickleball, tennis, mini golf, and Bear Paw Rec Center. Air conditioning is included in case we get a hot spell in June. The CCC restaurant, Oakmont, is one of the best in Flagstaff and was recently featured in Arizona Highways. Also, the house sleeps eleven in eight comfortable beds; three are king-size and five are bunk beds; most rentals advertising eleven mean half of you are sleeping on the couch, LOL. And the water heater can run all three showers at once... big families know what I mean. There are two fridges and a deep freezer and plenty of pantry and counter space in the kitchen and kitchenette. CCC is a public golf course, so you can get a tee time and play. For the environmentally conscious, the house runs entirely on solar power, and the tomato garden and landscaping runs on a rain harvesting system (if it rains). There are flowers, but no grass so you won't have any yard work to do during your month-long stay.
