General Conduct
1. Respect for Neighbors: Please maintain quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM to respect the neighborhood.
2. No Parties or Events: Parties and loud gatherings can disturb our neighbours as there are other houses nearby.
3. Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property.

Cleanliness and Care
4. No Smoking/Gutka Inside: Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Gutka staining anywhere in the premise is intolerable and prohibited.
5. Keep the Space Clean: Please treat the property with respect and tidy up after yourself. Staining any fabric or towels will be charged as we cannot use them for others guests.
6. Kitchen Use: Guests are welcome to use the kitchen but must clean up after cooking then and there.
7. We do not use our outdoor footwear inside the house and request you to do the same.

Safety and Security
8 Lock Doors and Windows: Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
9. No Open Flames: Candles or open flames are not permitted for safety reasons.
10. Report Damages Immediately: Accidents happen! Let us know if something breaks so we can address it promptly.

Food and Meals
11. Meal Times: Homemade meals can be served at set times. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions in advance if subscribed for meals. Meals and snacks would be chargeable as per the food menu of the house.

Beach-Specific Rules
12. Beach Gear: Please rinse off any sand from beach gear outside before bringing it into the house.
13. Towel Use: Use designated beach towels for outdoor use; indoor towels should remain in the house and kindly use tissues to rub stains to not stain the towels.

14. Check-In/Out: Adhere to the check-In/Out timings to help us keep the space serviced for the next guest.
15. Energy Saving: Please turn off lights, fans, and air conditioning when not in use.
