A perfect space for one or two people! Tastefully furnished with modern amenities. Close to Hollywood studios, Larchmont Village and other popular tourist destinations.

This private apartment is a perfect business retreat and live-workplace and exclusive to mid-term stays only. It's part of a unique property also featuring a stand-alone main house which is occupied by me, your host, Jojo.

Ground floor apartment with all amenities including stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry, AC/Heat, custom closet and more.

The kitchen is stocked with all of the small appliances you need - there's coffee, tea and cooking supplies.

Keyless entry! My home has an electronic lock located at the entrance. A few days before your arrival, I'll message you the check-in and access instructions.

Please remember that you will be staying in my apartment, it is not a hotel. Therefore, I ask that you treat the home with the same respect you would show your own. Feel free to text or message me through Airbnb. I live onsite in the main house and will usually pop by to say hello, but other than that, will let you enjoy your stay in beautiful Los Angeles.

No taxes added for 31+ stays.

Amenities include a smart tv/ ROKU with streaming platforms including Direct TV, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and HBO. Some streamers have now limited password sharing, so it’s recommend you login with your own accounts while here.

Free off-street private parking for one standard-sized vehicle. Additional street parking is available except from 7-9 am and 4-7 pm Mon-Fri. Weekends are free!

Shampoo/conditioner, soaps, hairdryer, towels, and blankets are all available for you to enjoy during your stay.

This is a first floor apartment with an upstairs unit that is also a mid-term rental, so please be mindful of noise which can travel between the two apartments. You may hear footsteps or doors shutting above you and sometimes voices, music or murmur of TV noise can be heard. I encourage all guests to keep noise to a minimum and avoid high volumes out of respect for your neighbors. If you're a light sleeper, there is a sound machine in the apt.

If you have a car, there's one (1) dedicated, off-street parking spot for a standard-size vehicle. Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate additional vehicles.

For the safety and security of visitors, residents and guests, there are exterior Ring surveillance motion cameras along the driveway and gate entrances and back door (audio/visual enabled), as well as exterior Ring motion doorbells (audio/visual enabled) at all front doors, all of which are always active and on, 24/7.

Please let me know if you plan on inviting any visitors; the apt space can only comfortably accommodate two guests max, so please don't book if you plan to have a third guest stay for an extended period (more than 7 days) unless otherwise approved. Parties are not permitted.

The property is located in an urban zone which is frequented by both wild and domesticated species. Please do not leave front and back doors open to keep Mother Nature outside. While I have regularly scheduled pest control/gardening services, this is something out of my control, and I cannot be held is responsible for any unwanted “guests” (insects, small creatures, stray animals, etc.), but will always do my best to help mitigate as necessary.

This is a non-smoking property. A $100 fine will be incurred for smoking or vaping on premises.

Please direct personal mail to a local PO Box or UPS store. If you need to receive Amazon packages at the house, please have them sent “In care of, Jojo Auslund” and just let me know what and when you’re expecting, if very important or as needed.

Please keep the apt as tidy as possible and in swept up condition throughout your stay - it is very much appreciated. There are plenty of cleaning supplies available at your disposal, and I can also connect you with a regular housekeeper if interested (for an additional, but reasonable cost). Upon check out, if the apt requires a deep clean - excessive stuck on food, dirt, grease, stains, damage to linens or furniture upholstery, blinds, etc. I will require a supplemental fee, plus cost of any other professional service required to get the apt back to its original condition.

Last but not least, should you require any assistance or run across any issue (maintenance or otherwise) during your stay, please let me know immediately, so I may have the opportunity to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. Thank you!
