Come stay in our cozy space conveniently located 16 min from Manti Temple, 7 min from Mount Pleasant Rodeo events, 10 from Ephraim. Our 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, (sleeps 10-13 plus a toddler).
2 areas: a studio apartment w/kitchen and a 2 bedroom area / rec room, in a brand new walk-out basement with spectacular views.

The studio apartment has a triple twin bunk, a Queen Murphy bed & sofa bed. There is a flex room that can be for napping toddlers (toddler mattress provided), mega block toys, a full bath, a kitchen with a large pantry, dining table, and couch for lounging and conversation. This room has an amazing view!

The 2nd area features 2 bedrooms that has a queen bed with double bed trundle that pulls out . The second bedroom has a cozy queen bed and trundle twin.
This living room area has a dining table great for games ( it extends) or for remote working and is great for movies with a 55" new smart TV. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower.

Your stay will conveniently include access to double washer/dryers.

Our Property: our newest addition is a pool for your private use! it's a 12x20 above ground saltwater pool!
Our other new feature is our firepit amphitheatre area with built in seating. You will also have access to the spacious back patio with a spectacular view of the valley and access to an acre of recreational land nestled amongst juniper trees at the back of the property, complete with fire pit and space to play. Bring your own shade tents/ yard games/ camp chairs to enjoy the 360 degree mountain view.

The upper level of this home is reserved for the owners family residing there. You will have a completely separate entrance, driveway, parking and play area with no needed interaction. In May-Sept, upon booking and a 10 day notice, in most cases, owners can Vacate the property during your stay for a additional charge (contact host for pricing details). With this option, there will be an animal caretaker on the property for a half hour each morning to care for the farm animals.

Bring your own sleds for the Toboggan hill, sure to entertain kids and adults alike before coming inside to warm up

We are 1 Mile east of spring city and its just a 2-3 minute drive to the spring where you can get delicious water to enjoy during your stay. Bring jugs or water bottles to fill up!

Then, walk around and enjoy visiting the shops and art places in town and stop in for a breakfast or lunch at Das Cafe.

Things to do at your reunion or during your stay: we are just 15 minutes from the endless miles of beautiful ATV & side by side trails in the Manti-La Sal mountain range, 20 minutes from rock climbing and hiking in famous Maple canyon.
Pool access / golfing can be arranged at nearby skyline mountain resort (15 min away) and golfing, kayaking, paddle boarding/boating (rentals available), swimming, picnicking at beautiful Palasades (lake) 40 minutes, Cleveland & mammoth lakes 47 minutes up Fairview canyon for fishing, beach playing, and kayaking(bring your own)!

Fall/Winter
Drive the Nebo loop to see the fall colors or View the famous aspens changing color on skyline drive! Also this area is famous for hunting, and there are many places for snow shoeing, and snowmobiling (rentals close by), and there is ice fishing as well. (one place is Mammoth lake).


The Manti temple is 20 minutes down the road to the South. Ephraim with Snow college which has swimming and a rec center with raquetball ect just 10 minutes south. Mount Pleasant and the Contoy arena hosting many rodeos is 8 minutes North in Mt. Pleasant close to a good sized grocery store and restaurants and public indoor swimming pool with summer splash pad.

Bowling in Ephraim or Drive-In movies down the road in Mount Pleasant (serves delicious cheeseburgers) can round out reunion memories!
