Welcome to your tranquil escape in the heart of Orlando’s charming Audubon Park neighborhood. This Mid-Century Modern lakefront home blends stylish design, smart technology, and laid-back luxury—with a delightful twist: you’ll be sharing the space with three lovable feline companions—Luna, Zelda, and Albus.

Smart Home Comforts: Voice-controlled lighting and surround sound via Siri or iPhone, smart cat amenities (auto-feeders, waterers, litter boxes, and a cat door).
Feline Residents:
Albus – Curious and chatty.
Zelda – Sweet, independent, and belly-pet friendly (when she’s feeling it).
Luna – Elegant Siamese who takes her time but rewards patience with affection.

Our youngest is quite vocal at bedtime and morning. White noise or earplugs is suggested for light sleepers. Weekly pool and yard maintenance is also scheduled.
We ask that guests embrace the peaceful atmosphere and refrain from hosting parties or large gatherings. Please review the rental agreement before booking. And if you need tips on local spots—we’re always happy to help.

We’ve lived in the Sorensen Fletcher mid century home since 2006 and have worked to create a space of reflection and fun ever since. I work from home so the office is a place I really need to be comfortable, inviting, and serene. The space has comfortable chairs, surround sound, and each window has greenery to be in nature. We love to entertain, as well as relax in the various indoor and outdoor nooks. We have 3 cats who are all quite different. We enlist all of the latest technology to ensure guests don’t feel burdened by their presence. (Auto-litter in designated closet, auto water/feeder, and auto cat door). We also have a great cat sitter to assist. We spend time in Portugal so we open up our home to guests for long term stays. The pool, lake, and inside amenities make the Cat House a fun place to enjoy during the warm months. Also we were drawn to Audubon Park for its great restaurants and shopping on Corinne Dr. We hope to find a small family to enjoy all that our home has to offer.
