This luxurious 3800 sq ft home can sleep up to 12 comfortably with a total of 9 beds, including 1 king, 3 queen, 4 twins, and a pull-out full-sized sofa. The master bedroom with a private deck also boosts an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in closet, and a huge custom shower with a bench large enough to lay down on and 6 adjustable body sprays to enjoy a luxury spa experience.

The basement includes a full entertaining living room with a rock ‘n roll theme which includes a bar height game table. This leads into an Arcade and game room featuring 4 arcades, a Japanese slot machine, and a ping pong table in a heated garage which includes a tv and full-sized fridge. Through a door in the arcade leads to a sunroom with tables and access to a hot tub on the outside patio under the stars.

On the main floor, includes a fully stocked kitchen with an adjacent office which includes a full-size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping area. The large office can provide a nice workspace with beautiful views of the pines. The deck just off the office provides a quiet area to enjoy comfortable outdoor seating with a gas firepit. Main floor also includes a large living room with large windows to enjoy beautiful views of Mount Blue Sky and Lions Head.

Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms with queen beds, the ski lodge and the adventure bedroom. Let your adventures begin and find the secret door though the bookshelf into another living area or game room with a ship ladder leading to a loft, which has 2 twin beds and amazing views of the mountain scenery.

Guest access
Guests will have remote key access to the whole house and property except for locked maintenance closets in garage and outbuilding. Property lines are defined by driveway and barn.
Other things to note
Rules and other things to note

• AWD/4WD vehicles strongly recommended during winter months. Normal snowstorms will occur from October through early May. Due to mountain weather decks may be icy, please use caution. You may want to consider travel insurance if you think you might need to cancel due to the weather.

• House is equipped with smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors inside, and security cameras and motion detectors outside. This is a neighborhood, and the house is located on the upper side of the mountain, please be respectful of noise levels and sensitive to how noise travels downhill. Be courteous to quiet hours which are between 10pm till 7am. No parties.

• Pets: Two well-behaved dogs are welcomed. There is no fenced yard, dogs must be leashed when outside and if left in the home alone, must be kenneled. We will provide dog bowls, dog beds and a medium-sized cage that will be in the garage.


• We can typically accommodate requests for EARLY CHECK INS/ LATE CHECK OUTS, but we can only confirm such requests 24 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours. $200 penalty fee for unauthorized late checkout.

• Fires/smoking: Open Fires are 100% NOT allowed. Guests are allowed to use the gas firepit provided. There is absolutely no smoking, fireworks or candles allowed inside or outside the house.


• Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind from your stay. If any personal items are left at the property, we will, of course, do our best to recover them. However, there will be an automatic charge of $30 plus shipping charges for any items that need to be shipped back to you


• Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. No trespassing onto neighbor’s property. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
