Great place, central location

We loved our stay here! The condo is roomy each room has a private bath room. There's an open living room dining room and kitchen. Tons of patios. Overlooking the beautiful pool. And it's off the main roads but within a 10-minute walk of everything you want to do. My family loved staying here.bclean

Convenient and centrally located

This was a very nice property. Very large and the rooms are all spacious and comfortable. The unit comes with everything anyone would need for an enjoyable vacation. Not as close to the beach as I expected, not a short walk but very doable. All in all we had a good vacation and I would consider using thos property again.

Tranquil

Condo is situated in one of the best communities in Bavaro with beautiful grounds, spacious accomodations and amenities. You won't be disappointed.

Pool. Been repair and juzzcu. wasn’t working when rain real bad smell coming to the apt. Didn’t inform that electricity was not included.

The stay

This place is a beautiful, located in a great location. But I really did not like the fact the owner took $202 out of my account for a Elecrtical bill. For only 4 days.. I paid 900 for 4 days and still changed my card 202 dollars for Electriacal bill.. this was not cool.. I would not have booked this place if I knew I had to pay a Elecrtical bill.. beware before booking from this owner

Hi Donald, Yes, Electric is expensive here on the Island and as this is a very large condo and has 4 AC units, it can get more costly. There was a meter reading taken at check in and check out and the usage can be self-monitored daily. It does also advertise that electric is billed separately and billed through VRBO and was the case here as well, and with most all rentals here in Punta Cana. Good size property but need some upgrade and fixing

There is construction in the back of the building which makes it very noisy and a lack of privacy when you want to use the bathrooms. There is wood burning at nights which, makes it very difficult to breath. All doors need fixing. They are very hard to lock or it cannot lock at all... The showers on and off needs to be fixed...the fridge needs to be fixed or replaced because the freezer is leaking into the fridge...below the beds need cleaning because there are things under them. The kitchen pots and dishes needs cleaning and upgrade. The overall property is good. The 15 walk to the beach was good for me. I love the size of the apt because I wanted to spread out. I did my best to make every situation I encountered work for me.. I enjoyed my stay in DR...

Not recommend

The place looked clean beside the cockroaches that i came across. When they fog for bugs it came all the way up the stairs to the 3rd floor and rolled right in to the apartment! The pool was under maintenance the whole 10 days so we couldn't use it. We were told we could use the pool next door. The upstairs bedroom was always hot no matter what you did. As well as the bathroom upstair never cool down or fully dried out always humid! My family will never go back to this place again. We stayed pretty much in the ghetto. They also said the electric would be between 5 to 10 dollars a day. Since we aren't use to 90's with 91% humidity we had to start running the AC by 7am there time otherwise it was unbearable. It turned out to be we are being charged like 23 dollars a day. So for 10 days 232 dollars in total. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Problems with this place.

The condo itself was very nice. Spacious, clean and each bedroom having its own bath was great. First problem we had was handled quickly. Microwave didn’t work and we were quickly given a new one. Several messages to our contact person about other problems were not fixed. He did respond right away and brought over a maintenance guy. But never really fixed them. Half bath toilet leaked water all over floor and we were never able to use it. Worst problem was no or very little hot water. Maintenance guy came a couple of days and would get it to run hot. But in a very short time it was cold again. We had a week of very unpleasant cold showers. I’ve rented many VBRO places and have always been very pleased. I’m a very unhappy customer this time. I’ve asked owner for an adjustment on what I payed but he has chosen to ignore my messages. We spoke to some permanent residents there and were told before hurricanes last fall everything was great but definite problems now. They were in 3rd floor unit and have no elevator. I sent message to owner after hurricanes and asked if all was ok and he said it was.

Nice property. Could use a few additions.

We enjoyed our stay. It’s a lovely, quiet complex with a great pool. Beach and restaurants are reasonable walking distance. The unit is big and airy. Could use more living room furniture for sitting in the evening. One couch and a couple of wooden chairs are not enough for a three bedroom unit. Also some chairs for the beach would be a nice addition (just the light weight foldable kind). Communal grill was nice to have and the kitchen was well-equipped. Would be nice to have instructions on how to use the hot tub. We inquired at the real estate office but no one ever came to show us how to use it. Got it filled but not hot. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Beautiful Property

Loved the property. It looks exactly as the images. Location was perfect. Todd was quite responsive and he ensured that upon our arrival things were seamless. The only issue with apartment was that the refrigerator did not function properly, so no ice for us. Other than that, we were in love!! We plan to return.
