Enjoy private deeded beach access just past the green space toward the back of the home. Big Fish Bike and Beach Rentals is the exclusive provider at your private beach access.

*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including back porch/deck.
*No parties or events.
*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.
*Capacity for 1 vehicle in the parking lot. Additional parking on north end at a first come first serve basis.
*Home must remain pet free.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
