This 1400 square foot townhouse (all one level on 2nd floor) is located in a beautiful, gated complex. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an attached garage and is very tastefully decorated with all new furnishings. The large living room has a fireplace, 65" smart t.v. with number of apps available and satellite radio. The dining area leads to the large patio with views of the complex trees, facing away from all major roads. The pool, hot tub and fitness room are located 50 feet from unit. (WI-FI Available at the pool and clubhouse.)
This complex is located 15 minutes from both major airports in Phoenix, 20 minutes to Scottsdale and less than 10 minutes to both the Chandler Fashion Center and the San Tan Village Mall (outdoor shopping, dining and movie theatre). Many golf courses are just a short drive away including Ocotillo (10 min), Bear Creek (10 min) and Talking Stick (20 min).
The bedrooms are separated by the living/dining/kitchen area. The primary bedroom has a King bed with a Saatva King hybrid firm mattress, and the secondary bedroom has 2 twin beds.

We were very happy with the property and would recommend it to anyone. We did have two concerns. The furniture on the balcony was not as pictured in the web site. It contained a very large table and 4 large chairs. That barely left enough room to get around on the balcony. There was only room for 3 people to be seated at the table. The other concern was the kitchen floor. It was very grimy. A suggestion: Install a grab bar in the bathroom to make it safer for a person to get into and out of the shower.

Beautiful place and area

Great place very modern and easy living. Very quiet almost like we were the only ones there, in the community. The pool was huge and perfect as well as the hot tub and the grounds were so clean and well maintained! Just Fabulous!! Hoping we will be able to stay again. The owner, well, Frank was perfection! Best extended vacation ever!

Lovely condo

This confortable condo is in a good location, close to Gilbert and Chandler. We enjoyed the amenities (heated pool and hot tub), especially in the cooler evenings. It was also well equipped. Franco is very easy to deal with and responds quickly to any question. We will stay here again!

An oasis in the desert

From the time we first contacted to inquire about availability, the weeks leading up to our stay, during our visit & even after arriving home, Frank & Sandra kept us up to date & informed us on happenings in & around the Chandler area & condo complex. The complex was safe & secure with a great pool area (with wifi) only a few steps away. The condo was warm, clean & inviting with all the comforts of home. The garage provided a relief for our vehicle from the hot sun. The location was close to great restaurants (especially in the downtown Gilbert area), numerous golf courses (which I made the most of), grocery stores within walking distance & convenient to the major transportation arteries to get around the huge metropolitan Phoenix area. Frank was always prompt in returning emails when we did have any questions or concerns. We would make a return stay at this location the next time we are travelling to the area without question & have told many of our friends about the great time we had there.

Wonderful Townhouse!!

Wonderful accomodations! The size and location of this townhome were perfect and it had good restaurants, shopping and grocery stores all close by. The unit was clean and we enjoyed using the pool on several occasions. Can't wait to visit again. Thanks for sharing your home.

Easter stay

We are from North Vancouver and stayed during the Easter long weekend. The condo unit was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The complex itself is very secure and the pool and hot tub were clean, warm and perfect with many lounge chairs and an area for shade. The directions from the airport were very easy to follow and in the unit they had a book of recommended restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in this 2 bed, 2 bath condo. It was modern and clean with a balcony. But it was on the 2nd floor and had about 20 steps to climb. The biggest disappointment for us was that the communal pool wasn't heated during the months of February & March.

We were visiting AZ for a wedding and to spend time with family for the week. This was a perfect condo for our family with 2 young children. Grocery store with a Starbucks basically around the corner. Great pool and a nice outdoor play area.Comfy beds and plenty of space through out.

WOW - Expectations far exceded, we'll be back

From the moment of our arrival to departure the unit and complex was absolutely perfect. The unit is well set up and spotless- with a brilliant layout, bedrooms at either end with the living space between. The complex excellent with the pool as the hub, wonderful people around the pool to share ideas and experiences. Sandra and Franco were awesome to deal with making certain our stay would be fabulous. We will be back and highly recommend this property to a multitude of potential vacationers. Chandler and the neighboring areas right into downtown Phoenix offer so much to see and do everyone can have the vacation to suit them. Be it shopping it, dining, golf, pool side, cycling, professional or college sport or sight seeing - this is the perfect locale.

What a wonderful condo, Frank and Sandy! It was spotlessly clean, the king-size bed in the master bedroom was AMAZING, the high-def TV was awesome, and the patio was a great Happy Hour location in the afternoon sunshine. Enjoyed the BBQ in the nearby common area. Close to the main highways, good shopping nearby. Liked the secure garage for the rental car, too. Excellent value! We'd return in a heartbeat!

Phoenix condo

We just spent the last week in the condo and really enjoyed the condo and surrounding areas. Our purpose was for a one week golf tour and a visit to the Barrett Jackson auto auction. Unit is spacious and, a safeway a short drive or 10 min walk to get whatever you need. We enjoyed the hot tub and felt secure in the gated complex. Unit is clean and we look forward to our next visit here again. Complex was quiet and, we appreciated the garage for our rental car and golf clubs.

Lovely Condo

We have stayed a couple times in this condo and it is a lovely unit with everything you need! The pictures on the site are very accurate and the condo was spotless. The owners were very helpful and responses to our questions were very quick. Chandler is a beautiful area with so many restaurants, golf courses etc. Lots to do and see very close by. I enjoyed the pool and the workout room as well. I would highly recommend this condo.

We love the central Chandler location, easy to get to all the surrounding areas. While shopping for a condo/townhouse in Scottsdale we were drawn to the beauty and newness of Chandler and ended up choosing Chandler over Scottsdale.
