The complex, Coral Beach, is comprised of 2 towers. Two of the apartments in this listing are in Tower 1, and two are in Tower 2. Your group will have all the room you'll need, with lots of privacy, while all being together in great apartments on the absolute best beach in the San Juan Metro Area! It's the BOMB!!!!
The space
4 different apartments in a highly desirable building on the best beach in the metro area of Puerto Rico!
Two of the units are in Tower 1 and two are in Tower 2 of Coral Beach Condominium. The units consist of the following accommodations:

-Unit 2-1705, a one-bedroom apartment on the 17th floor with a queen bed in the bedroom and a full-size and a twin size sofa bed in the living room. It can accommodate up to 5 people assuming 2 people in the queen bed and 2 people in the full sofabed. Additionally we can provide a crib, pack-and-play or cot for a 6th person. The unit features a full kitchen and one bathroom.

-Unit 2-1703, right next door to 1705, is a studio which has one queen bed and a trundle bed with two twin mattresses, suitable for 3-4 people. A crib or pack-and-play can be made available if one of the 4 people is a baby or toddler. The apartment has one bathroom and a kitchenette.

-Unit1-610, a one-bedroom apartment on the 6th floor with a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living room as well as a lounge chair that opens up to a twin bed. It can accommodate up to 5 people assuming 2 people in the queen bed and 2 people in the sofabed. Additionally we can provide a crib, pack-and-play or cot for a 6th person. The unit features a full kitchen and one bathroom.

-Unit 1-1710, a one-bedroom apartment on the 17th floor with a queen bed in the bedroom and two futons in the living room that open to twin beds. The unit can accommodate up to 4 people assuming 2 people in the queen bed and 1 person each on each futon. Additionally we can provide a crib, pack-and-play or cot for a 5th person. The unit features a full kitchen and one bathroom.

All units have beautiful beach and city views on comfortable balconies, washer/dryers in each unit, and come loaded with amenities including beach chairs, coolers, and all the kitchenware you need if you plan to cook at home. All the units have linens including bath and beach towels and we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish and laundry soap, and more!

All you need to bring are your clothes, your bathing suit, your toiletries, a toothbrush and toothpaste, and your vacation vibes!

The complex is in a great, super-central location with direct beach access, a pool, a kiddie pool, playground, basketball courts, and tennis courts (that are currently under repair). We are 5 minutes from the airport and boasts easy access to virtually all of the amazing tourist spots in PR! On the beach right behind the building you will find: Safe swimming water, umbrella and beach chair rentals, Jet Ski rentals, Banana boat rentals, Parasailing, great food and drinks right on the beach, and lots of fun people-watching!

We offer lots of services to help you make the most of your trip, including:
-Personal shopping services so you don’t have to step foot in a supermarket during your trip;
-Personal chef services if you want meals prepared for you
-Recommendations and if desired, arrangements for excursions, restaurants, activities, etc.
-A beach cabana available for rent
-Baby stroller and/or a baby backpack available for rent
-Birthday, wedding, or other celebration services (e.g., décor, catering, coordination, etc.)

Important note if you are booking a trip for hurricane season!!! Technically this listing’s cancellation policy is strict. However, we understand that if a hurricane is coming to Puerto Rico, people might not want to travel. Therefore, for any bookings from September 1 to November 1, if there is a serious threat of a hurricane and you don’t want to come at that time, we would be happy to move your reservation to another date without any penalty. In other words, you can reschedule your vacation without losing any money with us!!!

You will be about 15 minutes from Old San Juan and all the important historical sites, bars, restaurants, stores, and people-watching; 10 minutes from Condado/Santurce with its array of restaurants, shops, museums, bars, lounges, art galleries, and the amazing Placita del Mercado; 15 minutes from two of the best malls in the Caribbean- Plaza Las Americas and Mall of San Juan, 10 minutes from Piñones, 30 minutes from El Yunque, 45 minutes from the amazing Luquillo beach and food kiosks, and about 1 hour from Fajardo, where you can take great day cruises for snorkeling, scuba diving, or just beaching and partying!
