The space
Breezy apartment with a lot of light on a high floor with a fantastic view of the ocean! Well-appointed apartment with kitchen amenities, TVs, beach chairs and towels, and a washer/dryer.


Decor is beachy-rustic but upscale. It’s decorated with original art by Alfred Kramer inspired by his frequent trips to the island. It's a lovely apartment that will make you feel right at home!

Building amenities include a pool, basketball courts, tennis courts and direct access to the beach! (The tennis courts are currently under repair as of January 2025)

The building has a gym with exercise equipment, cardio equipment, and weights. It is available for guests to use for $50 per guest per stay for stays up to one month; $50 a month for longer stays.

Not only that, we offer curated experiences, not just a stay. Count on us to help you with anything you need to make your vacation unforgettable, from personal shopping services to itinerary planning help. We've even planned beach weddings for our guests!

Important note as we go into hurricane season!!! Technically this apartment this apartment’s cancellation policy is 30 days. However, we understand that if a hurricane is coming to Puerto Rico, people might not want to travel. Therefore, for any bookings from September 1 to November 1, if there is a serious threat of a hurricane and you don’t want to come at that time, we would be happy to move your reservation to another date without any penalty. In other words, you can reschedule your vacation without losing any money with us!!!

You'll have this entire apartment to yourself with plenty of room for 4-6 people! (best combo- 2 adults with 2-4 kids max, or 3-4 adults).

This apartment is outfitted with a queen bed in the bedroom, and two sofa beds in the living room (one full that sleeps two and one twin for one person).

If needed, we can accommodate one more guest with a cot or a crib/pack and play for babies.

We are so excited that you are planning to stay with us! The apartment is set up to allow you to relax and feel at home while enjoying your time in La Isla Del Encanto!

Upon your arrival, you will find bath amenities including artisanal soaps, and all the information you'll need to plan a fantastic vacation.

We also have careful COVID 19 prevention measures including:

-We disinfect the apartment completely before and after each guest's arrival
-We provide a COVID kit for you upon your arrival including masks, hand sanitizers, and wipes.
