For the not so fun part.
Important Information:
**No pets allowed** – This is a strict rule set by the Homeowners Association.
**No smoking, vaping, drug use, or any illegal activity** inside the condo or on the balcony.
**Minimum renter age:** 25 years old.
**Maximum occupancy:** 4 guests.
**Check-in & Check-out:** No early check-ins or late check-outs. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM.
**Parking fee for each vehicle is $50
**Travel insurance is recommended** as we do not offer refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other uncontrollable events.
**No fires or fireworks** are permitted on the premises.
**Rental agreement required** – This will be sent for signature after booking confirmation.
**Communication:** We are available via the VIRBO app. Messages received after 8 PM CST may not be answered until 8 AM CST the next day.
