You are on the bottom unit of a duplex with your own private entrance and 3 parking spots. 1 EV parking and 2 regular spots.

This intimate space is best suited for up to 4 guests (ideal height under 6'4" due to a lower kitchen ceiling). Whether you’re here for a quick layover, a work trip, or a cozy getaway, you’ll feel right at home.

Noise Considerations:
This is a peaceful neighborhood, but you may occasionally hear planes flying overhead. Normal sounds from the upstairs neighbors, including the washer and dryer and everyday household activity, can also be heard. Most guests find it unobtrusive, but we want you to be fully informed.

Interaction With Guests

I'm available by phone should you have urgent needs or you may message me via the app. I live off-site but should you have any emergency issues, either I will come fix them, or send a handyman if I'm unavailable. I highly encourage you to reach out should you have any issues, major or minor. I'm happy to fix them and I love to hear feedback good and bad.
