Your vacation getaway awaits at this unique 2-bedroom renovated horse barn. Located on 20 acres, we have fantastic views of Chilhowee mountain & the Cherokee National Forest. Close to both the Ocoee and Hiwassee Rivers, we offer a private, quiet spot as your home away from home. This is where you can enjoy the peaceful mornings as you watch the sun rise or a full moon appear over the mountain with a star-filled sky at night!

Once inside, guests will find a cozy dining/living room area, 2 queen bedrooms, full kitchen (no dishwasher), bathroom with rain head shower and laundry area. The kitchen is fully stocked with a plates, cups, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, bowls, etc. Also provided is a coffee maker (10-cup), Keurig, electric kettle and French press along with a selection of various coffees, teas and sweeteners. The laundry area has a full sized washer & dryer and we provide detergent and dryer sheets/wool balls.

Other amenities include mini-split AC units, WiFi, ROKU tv, electric fireplace, recliner, dining room table and numerous books, board games and puzzles.

Outside, enjoy dining, swinging or rocking on our expansive porches! Air hockey table, cornhole, gas grill and firepit are just a few things available to you while you are here.

Great for families, friends, kids! We think our place will allow you to experience everything this area has to offer, with beautiful memories in the making. We approximately 10 minutes to Benton, TN, 30 minutes to Cleveland, TN; One hour from Chattanooga, Ellijay, Blue Ridge and Murphy. We are little further to Knoxville & Gatlinburg, but a lot less crowded! Plenty of parking for your vehicles, including trailers or trucks. No RV hookups.

Unfortunately pets, unregistered overnight guests, parties, events, fireworks or hunting on the property is not allowed. This unit holds 6 overnight guests.
