Whether you are spending the day at Lake Powell, Enjoying the Sunset at Horseshoe Bend, Off-Roading up to Lee's Ferry Overlook, Paddling or Hiking Antelope Canyon, Shopping in Downtown Page, or just walking the Dam Bridge, the location doesn’t get any more convenient than this! We have outfitted this condo for convenience and comfort. You will have everything you need to cook at home base or just relax when you get back from your adventure.
● The NEIGHBORHOOD quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
● We do not allow parties in the home. Please keep all noise levels appropriate to not disturb the neighbors.
● Pets are not allowed.
● No smoking inside; you may use the area on the East side of the property or out by the road far enough away that smoke will not get sucked in by the AC or windows.
● No illegal substances are allowed.
● No candles or other open flames in the house.
● Please make sure your shoes are clean inside the home.
● Please throw waste in the outside trash can provided when inside garbage cans are full.
● Visitors are allowed.
● Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property.
● If you break or damage something, please let us know and together we can arrange for its replacement or repair.
