We have purchased & installed a state-of-the-art hot tub and pool heater.
We are now open year-round for guests and groups.
We offer the best product for the money, a fabulous value and great vacation. Due to Pandemic requirements a 1 day service charge will be added to cover cleaning charges and the necessity of my staying away from the house 1 day after you leave.

Good value for money

Overall I had a good experience staying at Jerry's house in Westhampton. We were a group of 18 people looking for house in that specific area for two reasons: 1) A house big enough to celebrate a 30th birthday on the Friday and 2) to use as a base for a friend's wedding in Westhampton Beach on the Saturday. It was the cheapest house we looked at but it satisfied our needs. Pros: Great living area, fantastic pool and outdoor area, nice bedrooms upstairs, close to Westhampton station. Cons: Downstairs rooms were a bit dungeon-like, outside furniture (especially loungers) had seen better days, hot tub didn't work at all while we were there. But overall you get what you pay for and this was definitely excellent value for money.

I want to thank all my customers who used me this past summer season and finally getting a critique that I respect and agree with. My hot tub is special, barrel-shaped, and one-of-a-kind. Because of its uniqueness and beauty I will try to keep it as part of my project. The bedrooms downstairs are in compliance with the town regulations. The area is kept clean and dry, and some guests prefer it over the upstairs rooms. The lawn furniture is always replaceable. Every summer season I upgrade where necessary. In summary, I try to offer a quality product. This week I completed outside repairs and repainted. Thanks again, and let me serve your housing needs in the Hamptons all year long.

Depends on what you are looking for...

Pros: The pool, the hot tub, the outdoor shower and the grill were great. We had good wifi service the whole time which was important b/c we were WFH during the vacation and the A/C on the 1st and 2nd floor worked as well. Cons: Just about everything inside the house was run down/on its last legs or well past its expiration. Two of the electric burners on the stovetop didn't work, there was no air conditioning downstairs - owner did add a unit to one of the rooms after I complained. Some of the fans provided worked, others were loud or missing covers (dangerous for kids). There were no showerheads on 2 of the 3 showers in the house so the water just sort of spits at you. The living rug did not have a square inch that wasn't stained or destroyed with cigarette burns (once again for kids who want to play on the floor - not ideal). The rug was cleaned prior to our arrival, it was just at least 20 years old and looked it. I had specifically emailed the owner to ask about beach chairs/cart (b/c only town residents can park on the beach). He responded that he had them and he did not. He did have lounge chairs that were so rusted and/or broken that they were unusable, but not a single beach chair or cart to haul our stuff to the beach from where non-residents park. Sum up - we made the best of it and although it was a little more stressful and uncomfortable than we felt it should have been for the price - it was an okay vacation. If you are a group of adults who are looking for a crash pad to sleep and maybe hang out poolside a bit but don't intend to actually spend a lot of time in the house then it is a good fit. It is not a good fit for families. The owner was communicative and tried to be accomodating, nothwithstanding his lack of investment in the house. The house manager was also very nice and helpful.

Going into the season I did not know if Covid and the new laws protecting squatters were going to prevent me from doing business. My answer was to do family rentals for 1 week or longer. I was a big success with my choice. Prior I didn't do families because much riskier with Children. Being that my carpet was questionable and only 2 years old I decided to keep it and had a pro shampoo it for me.. During the height of the Pandemic, it was nearly impossible to buy or fix. All my guests LOVED my house especially being from NY areas and now had a way to vacation and breathe with no risk. My last guest was upset when she arrived complaining about her difficult children. I and my manager tried and did buy A/C sparing no expense in the basement. There was only 1 burner out and there is by rule no smoking in the house. Her remarks were exaggerated, but the customer is always right. I am replacing the carpeting and the needed outdoor furniture that got used up. Previous guests rated me as a super host from a competitive site and from VRBO also satisfied with 4+ ratings. See my record. She told my manager that she had a good time.

Perfect for our group!

We had the best time in this Westhampton house and would definitely come again. It fit our group perfectly and the pool was the best addition!

It was a great property. It has everything needed and is in close proximity to lots of stores.

I stayed here with a group of friends, and there is plenty of space. The property has all that you could need for a weekend stay. It is in a convenient location. Jerry was easy to contact and had a property manager available for any issues.

Large home perfect for a group

Jerry's home was a great setting for a group of friends! We were celebrating a joint birthday and this house was wonderful. The hot tub and pool allowed for a relaxing time when we weren't at the beach (which was about a 10 minute drive away). The grill worked well and we were able to make delicious family style meals. Jerry was responsive and a great host.

Great multi-family vacation spot

Had a great time and the pool/outdoor space was perfect! Hot tub super nice and new. Tons of space for our friends and all of our kids. Would benefit from upgrading a few of the mattresses but otherwise a really nice spot. Location is perfect. Close to beach and town. North Fork accessible as well.

Good Fun!

I have discovered Jerry's house in Westhampton as the perfect getaway for all my needs. He is a 10 minute walk to the Hampton Synagogue, allowing me to enjoy their programs all week long, including the best food several times during the Sabbath. When Jerry does not rent his house, he allows for people like myself (mostly singles) to share his house that is well maintained with a great extra-large swimming pool. I can walk to everything that Westhampton Beach has to offer, including the beach. Jerry is an excellent host and still single. His prices are competitive.

I hope to attract more people like Ellen who are respectful, pleasant and independent, and seem to appreciate what I have to offer. I want to do business and hopefully offset a large expense in having a house in the Hamptons.
