***A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking.

***A security hold is required during your stay.

***Rate is for up to 16 guests. There is an additional fee of $20/person/night for more than 16 guests. This additional fee is automatically included in your price for up to 16 guests as long as you have made the reservation for the correct number, we will collect the extra guest fee for any guests over a total of 16 after your booking is complete. You may change your guest count at any time; we understand that sometimes group sizes change.
