1. Are there steps to access the house? YES
There are two steps to access the front door.

2. Is there a bedroom on the first floor? YES.
There are two bedrooms, on the first floor, one King, one Double, both have direct access to a full bathroom.

3. Is the kitchen fully equipped ? YES.
We have a large fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials to prepare meals. Plates, cutlery and stemware for up to 16 guests.

4. May I host an event?
This is not a venue, any gathering that includes guests not listed on your VRBO reservation is considered a party and is generally not permitted. However, small gatherings may be approved on a case-by-case basis and must be disclosed at the time of booking and approved in advance. Wedding ceremonies, receptions, after parties are not permitted.

5. May I bring my pet? YES.
One dog is allowed with prior registration at the time of booking and a small additional fee. Dogs may not be left unattended unless crated, nor are they permitted on furniture or beds, and owners are expected to clean up after them; bags and cleaning rags are provided for your convenience.

6. Are there security cameras on the property: YES
There are two RING cameras located outside on the front door and garage entrance.

7. Is there Hi-Speed Internet? YES

9. Will I be greeted at check-in and check-out? YES
Your VRBO host will meet you at check-in to provide access codes and answer any questions about the property or the area.
