🔹 Upstairs TV: The upstairs TV is connected to switch power. If it isn’t turning on, please make sure the light switch next to the front door is in the “on” position.

🔹 Fire Pit Usage: Firewood is not provided, but available at local stores nearby.

🔹Long-Term Stays: Special discounts are available for extended bookings. When booking long-term after the reservation is accepted all guests must complete and pay for a $50 credit/background check and sign a lease with us.

Mid-Term Guest Policy:

For stays of 28 days or longer, the following requirements must be completed prior to check-in:

📌 Background Check: Required for each person staying, at a cost of $50 per person.
📌 Signed Lease Agreement: Must be completed and on file for all guests.
📌 Host Approval: Guests must pass the background and credit check requirements set by the host.

📌 Starter Supplies: Starter supplies such as coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries, and similar essentials are provided for the initial stay only. These items will not be replenished during long-term stays, and guests will be responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed after the starter supply runs out.

These measures are mandatory and help ensure a secure, clear, and seamless experience for all parties.
