The terrace is very nice. Spacious, newly remodeled, and very clean. Check in was easy. The boat house was GREAT!!! The family really enjoyed swing off the dock.

Father’s Day 2025 Disappointment

We originally booked the Burton Bliss. At fault of Cabin Rentals of Helen’s 100% and they refused to make good on our original reservation. They offer us a refund 3 days before we had family coming. Or the option for another lake house that wasn’t comparable. I have a handicapped mother and a 94 year old grandmother that could not access the lake because of the excessive amount of steps. Also they said I was hostile and disrespectful to their staff. They gave me literally 4 days notice that they screwed up and wouldn’t make good on our original rental. We made the best of the other spot but were very dissatisfied at every part of the interactions with the Cabin Rentals of Helen. They misrepresented they original house with an entire house label and pictures. Then with 4 days until arrival they say I only had the basement that slept 6. I had 12 people on the original rental agreement nobody said a word for two weeks. I’m assuming they spoke with the owner about payment and they weren’t happy with the amount they were to receive. But not my or the owners fault a good business makes things right when they are wrong.
