You’ll have your own kitchen, two bathrooms, a cozy living room with TV, and plenty of outdoor space to soak up sunrises or watch sailboats drift past the bay—perfect for families and friends traveling together.

Beyond the villa’s walls, Punta Aloe offers a serene backdrop and unbeatable access to the best of Culebra: pristine beaches, snorkeling spots, charming eateries, and vibrant local color. When you want rest, relaxation, or a small taste of luxury, Villa 1 delivers—come evening, gather on the terrace, enjoy locally made food, or simply revel in the tranquil sound of waves against the shore. This is your chance to slow down, reconnect, and leave feeling inspired.

Amazing location and home

We were very thanks to find this property least minute the host, Hector, was quick to respond with any questions we had The house was very clean and well appointed. We were highly impressed with the comfortable mattresses and bed linens. The air conditioning was very cool, which we loved. We will definitely return at a later date.

Great views and comfortable space

We loved our stay here on Culebra. The deck is fantastic. Nice to have a breeze. Fully stocked kitchen. Nice to have space of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Comfortable beds. AC units worked great in the bedrooms. Warm water. The stairs are steep but worth it!

If you stay in the very top get ready to climb some stairs! The view from the balcony was breathtaking! The house itself because of its location and weather is a bit worn but it was very comfortable, clean and the air conditioning in the rooms were the best!

Quiet with great view of the water

1/2 mile from town but quieter. Excellent view of water. Dinghy Dock restaurant is a 10 minute walk. Most beaches are a short drive anywhere on the island. Sitting on the deck was fabulous with a nice breeze.

Wonderful Place

We loved our stay on Culebra at this VRBO. The house has an incredible 180 degree view of the water( the view is across a road without much traffic). We spent so much time on the porch. The kitchen was well equipped and we slept so well in the bedrooms. The location is close to the airport. We rented a fun golf cart to get around. So much fun!

Best View in Culebra

This property has an amazing view over a large bay. The covered porch was the perfect place to view the sun rise and set and the moon over the bay was magical Pleanty of roo. for 6 adults Just be aware that there are 37 steep steps up to the units door Not a problem for us vut definitely something to be aware of. Overall we loved this property and would definitely return. It is close to all the best restaurants and grocery stores and minutes away from the best beaches.

Breathtaking View and Roomy Apartment

Great view, clean and roomy apartment. We stayed in Villa1 which is on the 3rd floor. This required some effort to climb up. With groceries and luggage it doubled the challenge. Another family stayed on Villa 2. Could hear some rumbling at night but was bearable. First floor looked like it was for the maintenance people and supplies. Nice place overall but would not stay there again.

Wonderful bay view, great breeze and very short drive into town

Short version: Overall, a nice place to stay on Culebra! Long version: Great communication from management during the check-in process. You’ll wake up to the sounds of Roosters which are all over the island. It was fun watching boats come and go in the bay from the amazing patio. The only big complaint is that the support on the mattresses wasn’t ideal - you sunk towards the center. Either new mattresses or better support would be nice. We couldn’t get all of the lights/fans to work. Possibly some burnt out bulbs or some other electrical issue. The location was great and a very short drive or long walk to town for restaurants and groceries. I would most definitely stay here again!

We loved the view and the property spaces. However, Expedia should use the right name which is Ilusion, instead of Ocean Front. This complicated finding the property, finally we reached the host who sent the pin location and the lockbox number to open the door. Additionally, the stairs are not very safe, these have to be fixed. The rooms didn’t have enough lights and the master bedroom air conditioner didn’t cool as well as the other air conditioners. The host should put additional toilet paper in the bathrooms. The water heater and pressure are very poor. This is not a cheap property, we really expected better conditions.

Cute island, disappointing stay

We were surprised to get to Culebra and find that the only bridge connecting our vrbo to the rest of the island had collapsed over a week before our stay. Our host never let us know of this information which was pertinent to our stay. Our rental had to be parked in town and we had to walk 20 minutes to our rental everytime we needed to go somewhere. Carrying groceries and luggage was a challenge we were not expecting to have. We also got caught walking in the rain to the airport and were completely drenched for our flight home. If we had known about the bridge collapsing we would have made other arrangements that were more convenient for our trip. One big disappointment, was there was raw sewage flowing through the street in front of our home. You had to step over the sewage every time you came to the house and went from the house. We also wish this would’ve been disclosed by the owner prior to our arrival.

Beautiful views from Playa Sardinas II

We we’re so happy staying here. Check in/out process was smooth with lockbox and even though the stairs were a little challenge with luggage, once we were settled in, Playa Sardinas II was the perfect spot for us. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and scuba shops and quiet enough for relaxing during the heat of the day. Would recommend staying here for anyone.

The view is wonderful. We had no issues, but be aware there are a lot of stays to get to Villa1. The manager was great and very responsive with the issue we did have. The only thing I would say it needs some updates with the kitchen and living room furniture.

Love the spot- property manager is awesome always a message away. Lots of stairs folks....we didn’t mind but if your not ready....may be an issue for those with any kind of medical issues - knees and ankles. Otherwise- excellent!
