highlights: Take the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail (HBLR) train from West Side Avenue Station (just 7 minuted away walk) to Essex Street Station, grab a coffee at Semicolon Café and enjoy the gorgeous view on Manhattan`s skyline while walking toExchange Place to take the Path (train) to the World Trade Center (WTC) and its fabulous Oculus Subway station. Just amazing!
We also recommend the BRAVO supermarket
and VJ Laundromat & Dry Cleaning or Adriana`s Laundromat in the neighborhood
- both local fun experiences!
1. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a $1000 fine if discovered.
2. Parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 9pm - 9am.
3. There is a $30 fee per guest per night for undeclared guests.
4. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. Please leave closed bags of trash in the can maximum at the property.
6. Standard check-out is 10 am.
7. Standard check-in is at 3pm. Early check-in is not possible due to our cleaning schedules.
8. Everything in the home is inventoried. We will charge for any missing or damaged items.
9. Any cleaning issues must be reported within a reasonable time of check-in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have.
10. We do not allow packages/mail to be sent to the address you’re staying at. You may deliver items to the door, or to a local FedEx/UPS. We cannot help you to retrieve delivered mail.
11. Respectful and friendly vocabulary is required by both parties. Your reservation will be canceled with no refund if you use profanity or threaten any of our staff.
No parties/extra guests. Quiet hours enforced. No wipes/items in toilet. No loitering. Respect neighbors in other units. Contact host with questions.
