Guests have access to the entire unit. The property is a duplex shared with the next door unit, which is also a rental. The front yard and backyard are fully fenced but shared with guests if booked on the other side. Both sides can be booked for large parties and full privacy.

We live locally but not on the property so we wont be in person unless needs arise.
No parties or events without prior approval. Inquire if you would like to host an event that would bring more than 10 people even if they aren’t spending the night.

Pets must be on the reservation and pet fee paid prior to checkin. Unauthorized pets will be charge $250 if not paid ahead of time. We allow up to 2 dogs but may allow a third based on breed. Please pick up after your pets in the yard.

Please only park on your units side. This is a duplex and there is a shared portion of the driveway. Unit can fit up to 4 cars.

No smoking inside. If smoking occurs a $300 feet will be charged for smoke remediation. Smoking is allowed in the yard. Please dispose of butts safely.

Unauthorized late checkouts leaving more than 20 min after checkout time (without late checkouts leaving pre-approval) will be charged $100 for each hour because we have to pay the cleaners to wait.

Please follow checkout instructions. If house is left exceptionally dirty or most checkout procedures aren’t followed a fee may be charged for extra cleaning time (which is charged to us by cleaners).
