Enjoy your stay in our quaint, cozy one bedroom complete with a private en suite bathroom and private, keyless entrance. Relax and unwind in the room or the attached, (fairly private) patio.

1) Bed Size is a FULL.

2) We have a dog that uses the backyard several times a day. We use the back door that cuts through the patio to the backyard to take her out. The patio is mostly private, except for those times we need to tend to our animals. We also have chickens on our property that you may or may not see and hear depending on when you are onsite. Although the chickens have a fence to keep them in their area, they are known to hop the fence to the side yard. They are of the friendly variety and will probably run quickly back to their yard if you happen to cross paths with them.

3) The room is attached to our living room and is NOT SOUNDPROOF. We do our best to limit noise when guests are on property; however, we do have an active family life that includes the sounds of joyful family interactions and the occasional sibling bickering. Our price reflects the acceptance that our room offering comes with compromises and unpredictable noise disturbances. If at anytime, we are too loud, a quick text message to us letting us know that is appreciated. We take pride in our hospitality and is important to us that you are comfortable during your stay.

4) The room is NOT EQUIPPED WITH AC or HEATER; however, we do have a fan and portable heater that controls temperature. During the hotter days, we make sure to turn the fan on hours before your arrival to ensure a comfortable temperature upon arriving. Likewise, on cold days, we will have the heater running prior to your arrival to get the room to a comfortable temperature.
