Up a couple of stairs then you are in the large open concept kitchen, dining, and living room. All with views of the water and the large backyard. On the 2nd floor from the living room there are 2 bedrooms, a loft, and a bathroom. In the lower floor from the living room there a large bedroom with a bathroom. Laundry and direct access to the backyard are also on this floor. Finally, there is a large loft /game room on another 2nd level. This area is accessed from a staircase at the main entry of the house. The inside of the house is great, but the outside is even better!! The large yard with a fire pit is great for summer nights. The main attraction is direct access to Brandy Pond!! The swimming is great with shallow entry and sandy bottom. A nice new dock is great for boaters and a great place to take in a stunning sunrise.
