"A group of 9..?" It's clearly stated that our maximum occupancy is 8. You put on your booking that you only had 2 guests. I'm not sweating it because you were good guests and took care of our property. In the future, please put the "actual" number of guests. Kids still count as guests.

Thanks so much! Contrary to what my review shows, you are one of our best guests ever! This review was meant for another guest. I'm trying to get it removed but apparently things in Thailand don't happen very quickly. LMAO I would highly recommend Lisa and her family, we are looking forward to having them return to our home.

I'm a bit thrown off by this review. The photographs in this review are not even from our house, one can clearly tell that from our listing photos. We do not have wood on any walls, the windows do not have wood casings, the countertop in our kitchen is white, and all of the light fixtures are new. Only one light was out during the stay and it was on the front porch. I was told about this bulb in the evening, I responded in less than an hour, and I replaced the bulb first thing the following morning. The house does not need a "major deep cleaning", it had a complete gut-remod less than a year ago and gets a thorough cleaning after each guest. I was never texted, asking for a cleaning, and they were never "ghosted!" Honestly not sure why this person gave us a review like this..? Are they trying to get a refund or something? Not cool.
