Neigborhood Rules:

No mobile homes, travel trailers or recreational vehicles shall be parked or placed on any street right of way, Lot, or used as a residence, either temporary or permanent, at any time. However, such vehicles may be parked temporarily for a period not to exceed seventy-two (72) consecutive hours during each two (2) month period.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, railers, graders, trucks other than pickups, boats, tractors, campers, wagons, buses, motorcycles, motor scooters, allterrain vehicles and garden maintenance equipment shall be kept at all times except when in actual use, in enclosed structures or screened from view and no repair or maintenance work shall be done on any of the foregoing, or on any automobile (other than minor emergency repairs), except in enclosed garages or other structures.

Trash bins should be placed on the street no earlier than the evening prior to the next day scheduled service and replaced into the garage the day of the service; trash bins cannot be left out and visible from the street.
