Just before you arrived we repainted all in the interior, re-tiled a large part of our magnificent terrace to remove synthetic grass carpet and done many other changes to provide to you and our future guests the most memorable experience possible. Hi Chrys and thank you for taking time to review your stay. I want to make some precisions on a few points mantioned in your review. #1 We do not have problems with water. The city of La Paz runs out of water often and we always have to call cistern truck to make sure that (i insist) THE BUILDING do not run out of water, this is not a condo problem. During your stay THE BUILDING run out of water for +- 1 hour early in 1 morning. Water in our desertic state of BCS is like gold. This situation occurs on an average of 1-2 times/year. You were not lucky. #2 The wifi is optical fiber and you never missed wifi during your stay and since it has been changed for optimal fiber 5 years ago; we never had problem with it. #3 In the huricane season (we are in that season) we remove the shades that cover the parking space for security, normaly the spaces are always covered. #4 The parking space is double and we share the double space with our neighbour MPH2. If a car has been in your spot it is because someone parked is car in the wrong spot. Again you were not lucky. We work always hard to make sure that all of our guest are 100% satisfied of their stay and we hope that my answer to this review will be helpful for everyone.
